I am delighted with my new 3.6m umbrella; high, wide, solid and shady. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get one years ago. We have a large deck facing northeast and I never wanted to put a roof over it because we love the winter sunshine in Canberra. So we've used the cheap ricketty 3m jobs for years. Never again! Thanks to Lara for calling to check that I was buying the right one for our needs.

At first I wasn’t sure whether to go for a cheap Chinese product or to go for one of these hand-made quality umbrellas which cost a little more. In the end I decided to go for the Australian made quality. It’s the best thing I ever did. 2 years later having endured the harshest of elements on the coast, my brolly is still beautiful.
