We are delighted with the uniqueness, quality, maximization of every nook and cranny, elegance and functionality of our kitchen.

Ours is a relatively small kitchen by today's standards but with Italian ingenuity, we have all the storage space we need. Even additional bench space has been created by the clever creation of a stainless-steel panel which slides out from the pantry. Lighting in the pantry is an additional useful touch. Cannot wait to use the dynamic splashback which allows with magnetic force to hold cooking implements rather than having to remember where they've been placed during the cooking process. We have undertaken a significant project with the assistance of Carlo, Maria and the team which involved not only a new kitchen but butler’s pantry, a walk-in robe plus two other built in robes, full study, bedside tables as well as 3-bathroom vanities and shaving cabinets and I’m pleased to say that we’re very happy with the outcome. In a project of this size there have of course been some issues, but I can honestly say that Carlo has at all times done everything in his power to rectify said issues to ensure that we were happy with the finished product and on that note the finished product is fantastic and certainly better than the local based offerings that we looked at before committing to Made in Italy. Their installer Dean is extremely experienced, does a top-notch job and is a great problem solver if anything does arise. The success of our refurbishment is largely due to the quality of product and finishings that the team at Made in Italy have provided and I would highly recommend them to those looking at high quality joinery to finish their homes.

If you have money to burn then these are the kitchens you will burn them on. What should have taken 2 weeks to install has taken 3 months and still no end. They have no dedicated installers, so they come and go as they please working for other suppliers.

These cowboys take no responsibility for anything. When the dimensions they measured were wrong, they blame you that you didn't find their mistakes. When they shipped extra cabinets that didn't fit they said you can use them somewhere else but didn't dare propose a refund.

They want all payments upfront months ahead and leave you hoping and begging to finish.the risk is on the customer every step of the way

My kitchen remains unfinished and finding someone else to complete them.

My advice - be careful, this is one contract you have to read all the Ts and Cs. He has a clause for everything

oh, there are trailer loads of cardboard you have to dispose of yourself.they use your house as a storage location for weeks and they dont deliver them unboxed.so your house is littered with cardboard and plastics and polystyrene.what an environmental disaster

The Director is rude, non-communicative, you wont get updates and you are always wrong.

Next time, I'm looking for local supplier - nothing here that Kaboodle cannot do.

Updated Review: Price is competitive with local high end companies. Higher quality cabinetry (than anything local) as European standards are higher than here in Aus. The 2 installers (Mick & Dean) are brilliant, go way above and beyond to ensure the outcome is perfect. Some really cool options too, like the corner unit, integrated lighting, magnetic glass splash back, pull out bench top etc. Design process was great and they are happy to share drawings with you unlike other companies that think your ideas are their property. Also there is no sales pressure, ego or arrogance when dealing with Carlo or team; really easy process.
Some negatives; they are let down by local sub-contractors for things like stone bench tops (don't get me started on that clown). If they need to replace or re-order anything, it takes 2-3 months to be replaced as it needs to come from Italy (pro & con at the same time). No company is perfect and they work hard to deliver the promised outcomes.
We have since renovated the laundry too, so I guess that means we're a happy customer.

Best kitchen

We wanted an absolutely fantastic kitchen and that is exactly what we got. Made in Italy supply a product that is top-notch. The kitchen looks great and it is a pleasure to use. The small touches and the high-end finishes will keep us happy for years to come.

Best service

We expected a great service from Carla, Carlo and the team at Made in Italy, and that is exactly what we got. They know their product and were pleased to guide us through all the choices available. They were very responsive to our many questions along the way as we explored different layout options. They patiently worked with us from version 1 drawings through to the final design.

Above and beyond

What took us by surprise though, was how well Made in Italy performed under pressure when things didn’t go according to plan. Our renovation schedule had many moving parts, hampered by covid-lockdowns and a few unforeseen events. It is a test of how good a company really is when you work with them through a plan of works that throws up a few hiccups along the way! Carla and Carlo were incredibly flexible with shifting timelines and Dean was at our house every day moving the project forward, calmly keeping things under control. A renovation in 2020 might have been a stressful endeavour in less capable hands but Made in Italy are too good at what they do.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen and the end result has exceeded my expectations.
The design process was great. Their software program made it easy to visualise the concept, as well as any incorporated changes.

Mick (the installer) was just the best - super skilled and so friendly and helpful, above and beyond.
I am getting many compliments about the stand-out quality, style and functionality of my new kitchen.
For a comparable cost, I believe they deliver a product that is distinctive and superior. There is a wait of several weeks for materials to be shipped from overseas, but the operation is very efficient and definitely worth it.
