Never again will I ever go here
I asked for tips in my hair
Once placing the blonde foils
My hair started to smoke
She advised me that it could of been from the COVID-19 vaccine
I was amazed to here such an obsurd reason
I went home and the back of my hair is broken off
Really upsetting
I researched what she had said and spoke to other hairdressers in relation to this and they have never heard of it before and that came from 5 other hairdressers
I stilled paid the amount of 170 dollars
Wasn't even offered anything like a leave in conditioner to help the hair
Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going there

Would never go to this hairdressers again

I spoke to other hairdressers in relation to this.
They have never heard of anything like this happening
Unfortunately the back of my hair has broken off very upset and disappointed that I still had to pay 170 dollars
I wasn't even offered a treatment to take home
Felt like I was just ushered out the door
Never again will I go to this hairdressers again

The owner Proscilla was really nice and friendly made me and my 4 yr old son feel welcome and she was so easy to talk to and deal with and full of suggestions what could be done and this what i ended up going with for my 4 year old son and she is fantastic with kids to i think she should get her window sign written on saying SIMPLY THE BEST.
So professional.
It was my first time using this company but i left feeling i like i have known them for years.
Thanks for your time and being so patient well i decided what i wanted done fir Levi i will be back i can promise you that.
Even the style you did on my missus was extremely good and i love the shape you her long hair at the back and she loves it to well done Cill you really do run a good show there keep it up please yor the best

Priscilla was amazing. She had the unfortunate challenge of fixing up a botch job (by another salon). Priscilla managed to restore my style / fix it up and I left feeling so much better about my hair. This was my first visit to any hair salon in Chelsea as I’ve just moved here. Priscilla is amazing at what she does. I have been seeing her for many years. Her cuts and colouring have helped me want to make many great changes. To the point where i let her do what she thinks. Please ignore the bad reviews. Because her natural standard and service is amazing.

Horrible experience by a 'hairdresser/owner' who has absolutely no idea what she is doing.
Went in to have my balyage redone. The bleach was left in so long half of my long hair was burnt off and disintegrated into a powder.
I ran out of the salon with wet hair. Rushed home to wash the rest of the bleach out before I lost even more of my hair.
Do yourself a favour and try somewhere else! Unprofessional and clueless.

Never coming back! My hair wasn't even sprayed before being cut, just brushed and then hacked at. After five minutes my uneven trim was finished. Awful.: (
