Great medical center friendly staff and doctor's. Premises have car parking with wheelchair access.
Booking is essential and its best to check in advance with "Hotdoc" many doctors are very popular.
You can also check "Bacchus Marsh medical centre" and "Darley medical centre" as well, they are all linked together.
You can check availability over the phone where they can also see if other clinics have available appointments. This option is available on app but you have to start again for each centre.

Had a terrible experience with Doctor Sultana. I had 5 to 6 appointments with her but she never helped with the exact problem. Will not recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have booked an appt first thing in the morning and the second time the doctor has not showed up to the clinic. With having a migraine and body aches and then after waiting over 30 minutes in reception I had to leave as my migraine was getting worse. Your doctors should show up on time when people are putting in effort when sick to show up on time.

Highly recommend, fantastic service, was able to help after a sports injury late on a Saturday night.

After waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time I finally got called in to see the doctor and he wasn’t even sure how to help me. I came in with a difficult situation that he was googling about right in front of me, so I’m assuming these ‘doctors’ get their certificates out of a fruit loop box. I got up, told him I’d call around and sort it out myself, on my way out I was told I still needed to pay even though they wasted my time and gave me next to no help at all.

Booked an appointment on Monday called in to rebook the appointment for Tuesday was advised no appointment booked very poor service no empathy from the front desk if you have failed to do your job it's ok but don't be rude.

Terrible reception service from many staff. Some reception staff are also very rude and unprofessional.

Best medical centre I've attended in the Marsh. Caring and helpful staff and my doctor is very thorough and informative.

Best medical centre hands down, the Drs and Nurses are amazing and go the extra distance to help, the premises are always clean and tidy, and there's a very wide variety of services they offer and not to mention the pharmacy right next door. Fantastic medical centre!

Updated, unfortunately had to remove a star due to your RUDE reception staff, the brunette girl that was working on the 22nd March 2021 has no customer service skills, the way she speaks is unbelievable, these people are the first point of contact in your medical centre I would seriously consider hiring staff that actually make you feel welcome.

Where is the duty of care when there were 0 cases of covid in Victoria to have a 1 year old with a chest infection examined outside in the freezing cold, you people have lost your minds

Had the most horrible experience here. After being up front with my infant sons symptoms when making the appointment they still refused to see him even with a negative covid test. I wanted 20 minutes in the car past my appointment with 2 autistic children and my sick infant to be told they made a mistake and wouldn’t be able to see my son. No empathy for my situation, just too bad. Find somewhere else to look at him. The lady on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and rude. You made the initial mistake. You should of tired to fix it.

Stay away. This medical practice clearly doesn’t care about the community.

Had a test Friday it'd Monday still no results this is ridiculous I miss work now because of it
