MaD motorcycle transport

Darren was one of a number of towers that I called that actually called back (which is handy when you've broken down in peak hour traffic). I needed to go about 6km and just needed to get to my destination to start work. Darren gave me an arrival time to pick me up and was on time! Very friendly guy that explained what he was doing and why, and made me feel like my bike was being cared for as I would have cared for it. After arriving at my destination he helped me push it to the spot I needed and done was done! Payid and the transaction was complete! Simple!

Darren is a very friendly guy that likes to get to know his customers and seems very down to earth. His price was very reasonable compared to all other tow services that called back or posted their prices on their website. Do I recommend Darren and his services? Absolutely!

Darren has looked after a couple of my bikes including my Turbo Busa, supercharged Busa and some other sports bikes.

He’s amazing, he picked up and dropped off efficiently and wasn’t expensive.
He’s also detailed my show back to a standard I didn’t think was possible.

If you are selling your bike, this guy will help you get top dollar by detailing it and dropping it to your customer in perfect condition.

Darren was easy to work with when organising around each other's schedules for a pickup time. He was on time, service was seamless/professional and even gave me a lift to the drop off destination (in which we managed to have a good chat.)
All around very nice guy who also made transport very affordable.

After a recent service of my bike, unfortunately I was not able to collect my bike from the mechanic so they referred me to MaD for transport of my bike back to my house. After a quick phone call to the owner, as I wasn't getting home for several weeks he offerred to store the bike at a secure facility instead of leaving it at my house out in the open. Not only was it locked up, but he covered it with a dust cover, and put it on the trickle charge.

But the excellent service didn't stop there, as when I did finally make it back to collect my bike, he came and picked me up from Footscray train station, and reunited me with my bike, on a Saturday nonetheless.

Excellent service, great support, and all around positive experience. Would definitely use MaD again.

When it comes to your pride and joy, you need to entrust your machine to the best. I have complete confidence in Darren and his work, and recommend him highly.

I had cause to transport my 1 week old Honda Goldwing From Geelong to Epping. Darren arrived on time, even rang me on route to ensure I was kept up to date with his timing. His care and meticulous attention was exceptional. One thing that impressed me was his welcoming of my comments and thoughts on securing the bike. Goldwings don't offer many securing points, but Darren had the knowledge to do it right. He has top end equipment to load the bike just under 400kgs into a fully enclosed van. Every step of the way he placed protection on the straps and clearly he understood the physics of preventing any likely movement of the bike.
2 days latter he brought the bike back. Whilst I was understandably anxious about the transport, i had no cause to be.
Darren was fantastic to deal with friendly and most importantly he understands motorbike owners and their bikes.
If I need transport again, Darren is the man. If he can get a brand new Black Goldwing to Epping from Geelong and back again, in peak hour traffic, without a mark other than the finger prints the mechanics left on it, he's tops in my book.

Excellent service from Darren at MaD motorcycle transport. I never got the chance to meet in person due to being at work during the pickup, but everything was completed smoothly and professionally.
