Mad Mex Knox

I had a vegan Mexicali Plant Based Mince burrito. It was excellent. I’ve never tried this before but they were happy to explain the vegan options to me. The staff were attentive and clarified the ingredients with me. Very happy with the food and service. I will definitely come back in the future.

Speedy, friendly staff and service, delicious food and cozy environment. Great place to start regularing if you're getting bored of fast food

I’m a Mad Mex lover, but I was completely disappointed by this new store in terms of burrito quality and service. The girl who served me both the normal burrito and the burrito bowl put too much rice in them, like Asian food, with very little meat, for which I paid $5 extra. It did not have a Mexican feel, not freash at all for the dinner. Finally, my burrito was mixed with a few other burritos in the pickup area. The staff were unsure which one was mine, and another customer who was waiting to collect his food had to point out my order. I would never recommend them.

Had lunch here a couple days ago, I ordered the loaded nachos. The beef was a let down most of it been fat I had to eat around it.

Twas a busy lunch today. First they gave my order to someone else. That's fine they apologised I waited. Secondly, my meal was not wrapped properly by the girl, so when the lady took it off from the press, it doesn't look good. She asked for the supervisor to check and he just told her to wrap the food with another foil again. The lady is so apologetic though. I was also hungry so just wanna take it home and eat. However, when I opened my meal it was not appetising at all. Messy, photos uploaded as reference. Was not impressed at all today. We can all be busy but I hope they just take their time and make sure they serve the food in a nice way.

Mad Mex Knox consistently provides tasty food, has lovely welcoming staff and excellent service, definitely a place to visit at anytime of the day.

Soooo gooood for a really reasonable price. Bigger than other Mad Mex I’ve been to. Taste fresh:) I like Jarritos cos they aren’t available in super markets.

It's great to know there's Mexican food close by. I ordered the nachos and it was exceptional. Very affordable too. I will definitely be coming back when the opportunity arrives.

I visited Mad Mex today for lunch and tried three different tacos. Service was excellent, very happy smily staff! Please get side of fries/chips as it's a taco favorite side lol

My family and I go there every now and then but we were impressed by the act of kindness they showed us they so it was time to close and they walked up to our table and gave my son and my daughter 1 dounut each!

New Mexican joint at Knox! We went in for our first time and was pleasantly surprised. We just wanted Nachos, but you actually get to build your own kinda like subway which is cool, I just got the norm type toppings, black beans, beef, salsa, liquid cheese, liquid sour cream (which tastes better than it looks) tomato, lettuce and guacamole (I got an extra serve which was an extra $4 which I didn’t question but what are ya gona do?). We also had the same serve but with chicken too instead of beef.
We enjoyed it! Really tasty, would definitely go back! Well done guys, I think they’ll do well! Will have to try the other dishes. But nachos are a win.

I had dinner at Mad Mex last week. Food was good but the owner or manager, (don't know exactly what his position was ;) yelled at one of the employees who was serving us for no reason. Felt really bad for the person who was putting his best effort to serve the customers and still continued with a smile for rest of the time we stayed there.

Custom service was excellent, food was amazing and if you like hot chilli sauce, the ones on the tables are the best I've ever tried.
The best Mexican food in the area by far!

The food was delicious and priced fairly (in my opinion). The medium spice had a nice, small kick that I enjoyed and the guacamole is to die for.

What really makes this a 5 star location is the staff and the service. Every single employee on that line today was incredible. So friendly, so warm and so lovely to talk to. Shoutout to the gentlemen who welcomed us at the beginning and the one who manned the register they somehow were even greater than the already brilliant staff!

I will certainly be a returning customer!
