37Ah where do I start. I got a vegetarian burrito and a regular size nachos, the portion is small, there was like 12-14 pieces that's it. Anyway the taste was awful and I have got an upset stomach since then. I'm posting a review at 4 in the morning so you can imagine what I'm going through. Highly do not recommend this place.
My friends and I recently visited MadMex and we're excited to explore their menu. Amazing vegetarian and vegan options they have. Their staff graciously welcomed us and ensured we had an amazing experience. Kudos to team for their exceptional service and delicious food

Was asked to not eat in the dining area at 5pm when they shut at 6. Terrible customer service.
Mad Mex, Customer service, I'm writing to ensure that this comment reaches the appropriate department. The store's customer service is appalling. My experience at the shop was not very positive. On 3/9/23, I inquired about the available dining options as this was my first visit to this location, and the girl behind the counter was rude, and behaved in very rude manner saying " we cant tell you what options are available ". Please keep in mind that customer service is extremely essential, and this type of behavior will undoubtedly harm the brand's reputation. I would want you to conduct mock audits at the business and observe how the employees interact with consumers.
Extremely slow service, every stage seemed disinterested. Slow cooked beef was blobbed in the middle meaning I had a golf sized chunk of meat in one bite.
Love the quesadilla and Nachos and their dips. Really tasty and worth eating one of the best mexican
The staff who made the burrito, worn gloves yes, but touches everything, pen, screen etc.maybe more training on Hygiene practices?

Literally the worst restaurant I've ever been. Quality of the food doesn't meet the price at all. It's crowded just because it's DFO that's all.
I ordered regular naked burrito. The amount of fill in was little and they charged me 1 dollar extra for beef and $1.5 extra for holiday surcharge. I paid for the food because I was hungry but they should put the price there. It supposed to be $12.5 but I paid $15.
This store is my favourite mad mex stores the staff always remember what I like and how I like it. The staff are friendly and communicate with respect and note for responsibility. With the “extras” isn’t so bad considering the regular anything is starting at $12 something or less for a small so it’s a cheap price to have extras.
They have great new campaigns for a snacking range which is good for the kids and has reasonable prices, check it out! ️
Had the chicken burrito that was really nice. Ordered the kids the soft tacos and omg so stingy on the meat barely any on there. Less than a mouth full on each. DON'T ORDER THE SOFT TACOS 3 FOR $11

Phenomenally terrible service. Partner ordered through Menulog. Took 1.5 hours for food to be delivered & it was the wrong order. Owner called to apologise but told him that next time he comes to store he’ll be given free replacement food. So do they expect him to go hungry then after waiting for 1.5hours? Please use common sense, if you want to offer replacement then do it immediately because people want to eat right there & then!
Additionally, the receipt attached on the wrong order was dated 23 May, the order date was 25 May & their excuse was Menulog glitch. Was it Menulog glitch that they purposely delivered a food that was probably made 2 days ago? !

Not impressed. I been here couple of times and bought same burrito. They just reduce the quantity of food if it’s crowded in dfo. Unsatisfying experience.staff members rude and unhappy.
Poor experience with this store. Quantity is much less than what you get from other stores. They dont have enough stock on filling or rice. Not worth for 11.90$ naked burrito!

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in Melbourne. The food is amazing and the staff is great. I love the vibes when having a meal there and I visit them quite often.
Nachos and Tacos are one of the most delicious items they have got. And the Churros were just mouth wateringg!
Would highly recommend anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.
Be here is a relief trying to have a meal that tastes like home, a great variety on their Menu, kind service and low prices, this place approaches to the real delicious food more than any other place around.
