Mad Mex Bayside Frankston

Music was average, was quite confused with food why was there no sour cream on hard shell tacos? Bit confused. Comfortable chairs tho! Bring back salsas

I went to this place like a couple of months ago. It was a bit of a lineup when I first got there, but most of the service was good when I sat down and ate my burrito, the rice didn’t taste cooked everything else taste good it was just the rice.

Awesome food, very flavourful and fresh, wish the meal was bit big but worth the money. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely disgusted with the way our food when our food was delivered.
Half of a hour meal was missing
No drinks were brought with the food
Our meals were mixed together
The vegetarian meal had MEAT like are you that incompetent and can’t put two and two together and then look at the food and see that it’s supposed to be vegetarian AND STILL LEAVE THE CHICKEN IN IT
due to allergies we ordered to nachos and my brother being allergic to avocado he had put down to take out any avocado and he had wanted chicken also with the beaf
Although I ordered my nachos with avo and only beef
upon arrival after waiting a HOUR my nachos had chicken and avocado
And then there was his that had only beef
So they somehow but the only two brain cells in the restaurant together and still FAILED YET AGAIN
mixing both our nacho meals together
Giving my brother his avocado nachos THAT HE IS ALLERGIC TOO with no chicken.
Extremely disappointed.

Burrito's are best fresh, I have no doubt they'd be amazing fresh. Mine was delivered by a slow uber eats driver. Could use a little more meat.

Ordered for 3 people and NOBODY'S order was correct!
No salsa instead of spicy in one with a "bonus" chorizo contamination.
The other two guys had their salsas swapped and didn't have the jalepenos.
There was also a corn chips and drink completely missing.

Could not have gotten it any more wrong so there were 3 very disappointed customers.

Second time ordering from here via uber eats & my experience has not been the best! The first time i ordered they left out ingredients in my grilled burrito and the second time my food was stone cold. Lesson has been learnt! Will not be ordering a third time.

Went here last Saturday, WOW! What an experience.my boyfriend got the naked burrito and i order the nachos and churros.the staff were friendly and charismatic, my server was named Bella she had an amazing set of hospitality skills, her endeavor to meet both me and my boyfriends needs was amazing.i would recommend this place to anyone looking for an experience immersed in happiness and delicious food. 10/10 best spot in Frankston.

I had a chicken burrito and it was really good but it gave me food poisoning I will not be going back

Went the other day for lunch the guac was soooo fresh and had some juicy nachos. 10/10 recommend

I love their food but I feel as if there is never enough meat for what we pay for, I asked for a bit more as I felt there wasn’t enough and I got charged at extra 4$ for the amount that should already come in thr burito

Got 3 serves of churros asked for 2 caramel sauces and 1 chocolate and received 1 caramel and 2 chocolate, but other than that service and food was good.

Went there yesterday for lunch (first time ever) and really enjoyed it. Service was prompt and friendly and food was delicious. Will come back again for sure. Highly recommend.

My first time visiting a mad mex as someone who requires gluten free food and I must say I was super impressed. I ordered tacos - gluten free and the young girl (possibly new) serving me double checked with another staff member that the food was safe for me, she then changed gloves and did everything she can to make sure the food I was given was safe and gluten free. All the staff were really friendly, polite and overall great customer service. The tacos were absolutely delicious, full of flavour and very filling. I will definitely be back in the future.

Terrible service. Do not order online. We ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up and had to wait over half an hour until they had our order ready. This is not the first occurrence either. Much faster service if you order in store but still slow. Didn’t even get an apology for having to wait so long. Food is good but doesn’t outweigh the poor service. Should not take nearly an hour to make a burrito and a bowl.

Editing this now too because we just got home and they’ve made the order wrong. I ordered my partner a beef burrito and he’s been given a chorizo burrito. My burrito bowl barely has any meat in it either.

So good to have a Mexican option in Frankston. Great variety of food with vegetarian options. Lovely staff with warm friendly manner. Quick service and nice place to sit down. Will definitely be a return customer

I had Nachos and really loved the food. It was fresh and delicious. Service was good and staff was polite and served the food with smile.
