11 A bit like a Mexican version of Hungry Jacks. The prices were reasonable.
The tacos were delicious even though the shells were a bit stale. The person who served us seemed to be distracted and I had to repeat everything. The guacamole was very fresh and tasty. Would go back again.
The girl who served us offered us "Chorizos" in 5 minutes to complete my meal service. We waited 25 minutes and I had to leave with my food incomplete.
Me and my family visit Mad Mex Northland regularly and quality of food and service is exceptional every time. Well done to the owner and Mad Mex Northland team for looking after us each time and we look forward to visit again soon. Thanks
I just love the Mexicali tacos. Every time I eat them I can’t believe how delicious they are and that they are vegetarian! The only down side is that the hard shells fall apart and break easily, but I’ll still keep getting them because they taste so good.
Food isn’t great. Gave us all a stomach ache instantly. The service was abysmal, the ladies didn’t even look at us:/

Been here twice in the last two weeks. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed for dietary requirements and went above and beyond to help our group yesterday lunch time. Place was clean and food was delish. Thank you!
Annoying to order here. Instead of just making the item they stop at each ingredient to ask if you still want it included. As an introvert I actually found it exhausting.
Plus they didn't ask if I wanted any other items so I had to go back and tell them hey I actually want more than just 1 item for me and my group of friends.
The ordering part alone is enough to avoid this place. The actual food wasn't great either. We got the taco kit and it barely had enough filling. They gave lots of liquid salsa but the smallest handful of filling when it's meant for 12 tacos. They don't know what they're doing and they had to ask another staff member how to prepare my order. Bit of a joke! Go to Salsas instead, they're way better.
The new vegan options are amazing, and last time I was here with the trainees everything was perfect, but the older employees despite me asking at every step of the way still kept putting non vegan items in my food. Had to take back a taco after the ordeal because it had sour cream and real cheese despite all the mistakes already made.
