5I ordered a Zero teapot online on a Wednesday afternoon from this Echuca shop via express post and it was in my hands in Sydney on Thursday morning, the very next day. That’s amazing service to have had it packed (very safely and securely) and shipped so soon. Seriously impressed.
Extremely rude staff member who was talking rudely to another customer as i walked into the store. After having a brief loo around I could see all of the items were made in China with a ridiculous price tag. Purely to the lady working there on Sunday 29/10 I have written this review. Very embarrassing to have to witness what I saw.
A small but good selection of loose-leaf teas. My Irish Cream was aromatic and flavoursome.
I have recently ordered a few items online, order processing has been very prompt and the items have arrived quickly on both occasions. Greg was also fantastic with his customer service when, on the most recent order, the teapot I ordered was no longer in stock. He quickly let me know via email and recommended an alternative product at a reduced price, which I received today and I absolutely love it! The tea is excellent too. And if you're in the area, the shop itself is always worth a visit.
