It’s worth saying that when ever I eat here or order from an app, I am blown away by the customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Tried ordering through Uber eats a loaded fries listed as VGO (vegan option). However, I couldn’t see a selection to choose the vegan option. So I called the restaurant and spoke to a lovely girl who said she could take the name of the order and offered to make sure the kitchen knew to make it vegan!

Mad Benji, you’re hiring the right staff!

Fantastic food and milkshakes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and inviting.

Took my parents and three children here for a Friday night. Food was hot, tasty, ample portion sizes and place was bright and clean. Meals came quick to the table and the staff where super friendly. Most definitely will be coming back.

Always delish. Tried wing Chung wings tonight and amazing! We have tried wings from so many places and they usually fail on them. These wings have so much flavour I didn't see if you have it or not but if you don't the wings would be made even better if you have a blue cheese dipping sauce. 10/10 staff also amazing

Excellent coffee. Lovely place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch. Menu is great. Can recommend their breakfast burgers, hamburgers, poke bowels and salads. It can get quite busy at times.

Amazing quality food, ingredients are fresh and adjustments made to order were followed. Food was made in a timely manner, would definitely recommend

Small little cafe in Berwick, parking can be challenging sometimes, staff is good, service is good and the food is also good.

Best burgers, best breakfast, best coffees and best shakes. All the staff are lovely and always remember our names when we go in and actually read our notes on Uber eats! Thanks guys

Service was very poor. Online order was meant to be ready in 15 mins. Arrived after 20 mins only to be told it would be 7 mins. Came back 10 mins later and was told it would be 2 mins. Came back 3 mins later and had to wait another 6 mins only to discover that my order was sitting on the counter for goodness knows how long. Got home to discover that the chips we had ordered and paid for weren’t included and we had instead received wedges which we didn’t want. Panko chicken was over cooked. Watched as staff member used her gloved hands to push her hair back and then proceeded to use those same gloved hands to chop up watermelon (definitely wouldn’t be ordering a smoothie here). We’re looking forward to when Row Your Boat reopens as they make great burgers and chips and offer fantastic and hygienic service.

Was starving after driving 2 hours, stopped for a burger and onion rings.

I had eaten Mad Benji burgers take away before but yesterday was the first time dine in. It was pretty busy. My burger and calamari was very good.

Amazing plant based options. I come here almost weekly just for that tasty matcha shake! Their vegan option for the loaded fries are so yum!: 3

First time here and absolutely loved the poke bowl, croissant and coffee. Vibe is modern and light. Has outdoor seating but not a lot of shade so can be hot.

First visit this morning Sunday 23/10/22. Wow oh wow. Everything was amazing and those potato rosti oh my goodness. I will definitely be back.

The girls behind the counter are friendly & make amazing shakes & smoothies. The cook out the back knows how to create delicious burgers, that's why it's one of my favourite burger shops

Uber Eats bugged out and the driver refused to go pick up my order because they couldn't see it.

I called Mad Benji's and the manager personally drove my order out to me (because it was sitting there waiting for Uber). He called Uber for me too and had them cancel the order.

I called them and made sure I paid for the food over the phone.

Love this place.
I love the Vego menu on Uber Eats, it’s so easy to access yummy vego/ vegan food on delivery. The vegan thick shakes are also so great to have the Mad Benji menu with the Vego menu for both my boyfriend and I! Have eaten in and had Uber eats and love the options!

Simply the best Burgers in Melbourne. Great variety to choose from, for both Meat-lovers and Vegetarians. Fantastic and friendly staff

Absolutely delicious.had the bang'o something.it was a 10/10 the flavours complimented each other.was totally divine.the coffee came out like an echidna.super cute.

Really nice cafe, great food and energetic people. Excellent service and amazing vibes. I like everyone who I've ever interacted with too.
