Awesome company to deal with. Easy purchase at great price and board was dispatched on same day. Unfortunately courier was slow & Mac’s chased it up for me and resolved the issue.

These guys were the cheapest and fastest by far!
Ordered a snowboard while I was in NZ, returned home a day later and it was sitting at my front door.
Only wish they could've sent to NZ while I was there tearing it up! Haha

I’ve been to Troy’s shop every winter season to get my gears set up for ski for the last 3 years. Superb service, very knowledgeable, and always find best solution for me. Their rental gears are way better quality than the one you get up the mountain, and price is very reasonable. The shop provides variety types of service including rental, snow chain fitting, gears solution, accessories secondhand trade in etc. Certainly one stop shop, you don’t need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I bought long boards and protective gear in the past and service was always excellent not to mention knowledgeable. We had the same experience for renting ski gear for our Hotham holiday. Staff was efficient and patient and equipment was of high quality and aligned with our requirements.
I would highly recommend Mac's for either buying equipment or rental.

The team were extremely helpful! Great advice on the best routes to take up to the snow and things to check on the way.
They showed how easy it was to set up the tyre chains too

Called the store first to see if they did snow chain hire and to see if they had a particular tire size in stock as many other stores were out of stock that I had previously called due to the size of the tires. The guy on the phone told me they had plenty I told him I would come by today to pick up and that was that. 45 minute drive later I come to pick up the chains only to be told I can’t take them as I didn’t bring the physical car I’m using for the chains as my partner is at work and that’s the car we are using the snow the following day. I have been going to the snow for 10+ years and I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t allow me to buy chains without them being fit first if I know the size I’m after. An absolute waste of my time driving 45 minutes there and back home. You should really explain this to people on the phone if this is a requirement of your business to save people the trip and the hassle.
I was able to go to another snow hire store and hire my chains with no fitting needed as I’ve always previously done so your legal requirement excuse was poor.
The whole situation was handled terribly. Terrible customer service.
