Slowest, most unorganised fish and chip shop I've ever seen. Ridiculous wait times even on simple orders.

Also, don't expect to get any hamburgers here, there is no beef in the store at all.

Very bad experience. You need to learn how to run a fast food shop.

Horrible food. I ordered a chicken schnitzel burger and have been throwing up all night, there pizzas are plain and cheap

First and last time. Fish was greasy and inedible, "spring roll" was a miniature cocktail size one, straight out of a box, "seafood stick" was also a very small one and had no batter. The potato cakes were ok. Not great, but OK. For a newly opened business with no competition nearby, it was extremely disappointing.

This place doesn't open what so ever and they used to be good here but new owners took over and made this place to what it is now witch is a shame on the business owners letting this go as this was the best place around now nothing what a total shambles the place is

Great food looking forward to trying their pizzas once renovations are finished. Staff also very nice

Your food is Not bad, and we’ve been coming for years. But it shouldn’t take 3 times ringing you, finding you busy on the last ring, and then waiting 2 minutes before calling back (because you clearly are either answering your phone or simply leaving it off the hook- I chose to be optimistic) and then after 17 rings for you to pick up and then hang up immediately without a word.

I can honestly say that I’m sad I won’t be eating your food anymore. I’m all for supporting local businesses, and you guys were a crowd favourite. But not at the expense of minimum customer service standards being met. If you’re busy, then you’re busy. But either you’re answering the phone or you’re not. We’ve been trying to order for half an hour, now.

Worse fish and chips around Ballarat. If they can't get the scallops right forget it, and they didn't have enough amount I wanted
