One occasion They keep the compantation money (Great southern class action) Second class action was Willmott forest class action as they took 6 years to resolve the matter but in favor of Commonwealth bank MIS funding.
Absolutely be careful if you getting advice from them as they are very cunning. I never ever go to them for any legal advice or I do not let go to them anyone I know.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I gave them a budget of what I could afford. They went over it and then demanded payment. When I didn’t pay they filed bankruptcy against me.

Not happy with the service. I did a a unit settlement with m and k lawyers they were representing the builder someone forgot to pay my body Corp fees they took the money for it, but the body Corp didn’t receive it
My issue is the person isn’t returning any information about payment and doesn’t want to help trying to find what has happened to money

I need to wait for at least a week and sometimes a few weeks to get an email reply from their lawyer. I had to ask someone else to get in touch with their lawyer (in order to get a reply) when I could not get a reply within a couple of weeks. I really hope that this situation can be improved.

Rumour has it that the partners co-own a tiger called Tobias the Third, and while I didn't see it, I was still impressed by the office space. The staff were noticeably pleasant.

The worst lawyer firm i ever meet.only care their money, no care the client. Our case double in price (so be care if they give you a quote), and it took almost one year just to get the cost to the court, we emailed and phoned over and over again, nobody care, they only bill you efficient. So for your own good, be care when you want to chose them.
