Absolutely terrible firm. I am lodging a complaint with VLSBC to get them off my back.
No more to say, other than to re-iterate - you are better off properly research which firm to use.
Very very bad experience when contacting this firm. The receptionist is useless and shows no respect to people. I really don't recommend this firm beacuse of their poor service.
Costs are too high, far outweighs the benefits. From initial consultation and anytime thereafter. Their accounts team have no empathy. Get sent an invoice and 1 day later receive a call for outstanding payment. Utter disbelief.
I did not have a good experience with this group. They are experts at sneaking in costs and a simple task that they did for me cost 500% what my regular solicitor would charge.
