High quality clothing for outdoor activities in-store or click and collect. Good customer service from young lady on Sunday. The puffer vest and thermals keep me warm on cold mornings and evenings in Melbourne.

Friendly staff. Just to share that constantly talking with intentional low pitch, although might sound attractive to some ears, would cause vocal chord issues in the king run.

Thanks to a staff who helped me repair my jacket even though it was not covered under warranty, they took the time to walk through my options and help me to restore my jacket to its former glory. Thanks so much!

Very friendly staff. We made a mess testing the geothermal base layer that was stored in a small plastic pocket. The staff patiently help to fold them back for us. They are willing to check other stores availability for the size we wanted, and asked them to hold for us. Whoever that works on the 4th of Aug, a great thanks to you guys, it was a joyful experience.

The only down side was the t-shirt I after was out of stock in all local stores but only available on-line. Which means I will have to pay for the shipment if I want it (spent over $100 free shipment) but I have already bought everything I want from the store.: (

Excellent service. Went there to enquire about winter jackets despite telling the gentleman we are buying online to sent to Sydney. He was very patient and took his time to explain in details the fabrics and the variation.

Fantastic customer service. A few weeks ago I bought 2 jackets online and decided I wanted to take one back. My credit card had to be cancelled (due to a different store) and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to take one of the coats back for a refund. The man at macpac the Glen was so helpful and was able to refund the jacket on my mums card as I had all the documents when I bought it. I have quiet a lot of macpac products and I will definitely be shopping here in the future, and telling my friends and family about the fantastic customer service.

Placed an order online that I was having a bit of trouble with. One of the staff members at the glen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort everything out:) thank you

I’ve been shopping online recently. It’s convenient and much better than trawling around the shops. However, experiencing the amazing staff at Macpac The Glen has reminded me of the importance and pleasure of shopping in-store. Kapil went out of his way to be of assistance. In fact, every Macpacer I’ve encountered in the past couple of days have been extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. That’s what I’ve missed online; you can’t simulate human interaction - yet.
So, thank you Kapi and all the brilliant Macpac staff - stay fabulous!
