I bought jacket 3month and winter times were 1 of them sleeve side just broken byself and explained to store what happens they said can't do anything the lady was so rude I spend 150 for nothing

Called the store to inquire about stock availability. Liam went out of his way to help me and took my situation into account (hour drive from any store). When I asked about a specific item, he helped with that and then without prompt suggested a better solution which I'll now go with.

Called to see if a sale item was in stock and had it put aside until I arrived. No problem service was first rate.

Small store but large range of jackets, etc. Well organised and laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful and most importantly provide fantastic customer service. Store is also clean. Couldn't ask for more and will certainly be back.

I was amazed of how easy Moorabbin staffs help me on refund today. Excellent service, I definitely return to this store.

I dealt with Amy today - with exchanging a jacket, that originally was a gift. She went above & beyond with assisting me, & it was very much appreciated!
I hope her Management know what an asset she is to the DFO store, & the company in general.

The staff went to a lot of effort to find what we wanted. On the computer, at other locations where an item could be brought to DFO for us to collect, and in their storage area away from the shop with newer items not even in the shop yet. Our shop was easy, so friendly and accommodating.

Firstly the staffs were inattentive when I walked into the store. Secondly I tried a jacket and happen to like the fit. I asked the guy to pack that jacket for he. He said he is gonna pack me a fresh piece from the stock which I agreed on. When I reached home and tried the jacket it’s a different fit and way bigger than the one I tried at the store. Never ever going back to this place.

I had a great experience here.
I needed a particular item that I had shopped around other brands for (because I had kinda forgotten about Macpac) and been disappointed.
I rang ahead: pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
I went to the store: pleasant and knowledgable staff and a great merino top at a good price plus a few other things. Perfect.
I first bought Macpac stuff probably 40 years ago and it was great quality then too.

Picked up some great bargains off the Clearance shelves. Liked the feel and style of the clothing. Certainly liked what they offer their members. It only took 5 minutes to sign up and we were on the system by the time we hit the store. We will be doing more shopping here.

Actually i was buying keen shoes. But the gps must have been of that day. I have a wide foot and keens are great for me. Sorry Mac pac

My mother and I walked into this store last week to check out the down jackets, for my brother might I add. We walked over to the Men's area and the shop assistant came over to us to ask if we needed any assistance we replied no thanks just looking. She went on to inform us that we were looking at the Male jackets and that this was the men's section of the store. Her attitude was condescending and to be quite honest, rude! We were left feeling unwelcome to shop and walked out. Lost a sale there.
