Macpac Hampton East

Very helpful customer service here. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I mentioned I wanted to wear the rain jacket over a puffer jacket. I was able to get one to try on with my jacket. This was so helpful. They also checked if a certain colour t-shirt was in stock. I was able to complete my purchases in a timely manner. I went on a Sunday morning, so there were not too many customers at that time. I would go there again.

Will say Michael was super helpful. There was an error with my click and collect not showing up on their system, so he called the service centre and sorted it out there and then so I was able to take my backpack with me that day.

Customer service was great and if shop at this store in future should I need anything else.

Great range of camping, hiking and travel equipment and clothes. I bought a medium thickness puffer jacket ideal for travel as it fold up into a small bag. On special $115AU.

Good service, bought a sleeping bag. If you sign up for the club everything is pretty much half price.

Blew in to pick up an online order. Saw a well stocked store with knowledgeable courteous and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

I've been using click and collect at this branch for approx 4 years and the staff have always been super helpful on the rare occasions when things don't go as expected and very friendly all other times. I also think macpac products are good for the price point. I get most of my family's outdoor and camping stuff here.

Such a nice shopping experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nothing like a Brighton hub, where i was treated poorly with impolite and rude staff. I like Macpac and after a bad experience in Brighton i went up the road to Hampton store, which was a world of difference. Very professional and genuinely nice people.

Good service, product quality has done down hill over the years and is overpriced even when on sale.

Customer service EXTRAORDINARILY good. All the packs doesn’t fit my son and they recommended “anaconda” to get a hiking pack that fits. They were very responsible.

Got my PLB beacon (rental), and other hike gear from here. Like all the shops for outdoor on this strip a much better way to get fitted out for hiking and skiing than buying on line.

Vast and fabulous first class range of clothing especially winter and outdoor wear at greatly reduced prices depending on time of year as well. Highly recommended and best to check their website for anything in particular or contact them. Friendly experienced staff willing to assist, savings can be quite substantial. Definitely worth a look.

Best shop for you, if you are planning you hike, overseas trip or just looking for good quality, comfortable clothing, which same time looks great. My wardrobe ist gone completely Macpac.
