Macpac Fountain Gate

Visited this store over the Easter weekend. A big collection of autumn/winter jackets are available for adults and kids.

A staff member left a huge impression on me. Mira! She was located in the Westfield Store but directed me to the Main store where I visited.

No greeting or service, guess I didnt look like I was going to buy. Well merchandised, good assortment of clothing for purpose.

Customer service was excellent! The lady at the counter was so helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to help us find and buy the product.

Fantastic store with a large range of jackets and vests for both adults and kids. Lots of styles and lots of sizes too. Staff are very nice and helpful. Prices are quite reasonable and they are of good quality. Definitely recommended.

Went in looking to buy a full camping setup.swags, fridge etc.was greeted by a guy not sure his name, was a bald guy, he was really unhelpful and rude and suggested i go across the road to anaconda because i didnt have a mask on me.i ended up going to aussie disposals and spent just under 5k.will never come back to this store again.

My wife and I have bought several items from macpac over a year ago and their still in perfect condition well worth the money

Very impressed with the guy's working at Macpac Fountain Gate. They went above and beyond catering to very my meticulous requests, and were very patient the entire time. They were able to snag me an amazing deal on a pair of boots and an awesome rain jacket! Thanks again guys!

Great quality gear and much more reasonably priced than the competitors stores. Super friendly staff. Really nothing at all to find fault with at all.

Nice little store the staff were very friendly and actually asked if I needed help and helped me the whole time I was in there. Which was like 25 mins. Theres a hidden change room in the back in case you were wondering.
