One per customer is not the same as one per transaction is not the same as one per family. Learn to speak English properly please. Literally you had 0 customers today and you refuse to sell 2 of the same item despite an ambiguously worded sign. And you wonder why locals don't support local businesses. You guys make it impossible and unpleasant to do so.

Thank you for going above and beyond for getting a particular face mask for me and my kids. It was reassuring that I can rely on this pharmacy to cater to my individual needs. The pharmacist managed to source the face masks for me even though they were out of stock everywhere and even ahead of time!

Amazing local pharmacy, care about their clients. Beautiful store for gifts also, but nothing beats the service at this store. They are amazing and an asset to Macleod. Thank you for all your help

I’m not one to post reviews but I have to commend the pharmacist, John and Maria. They went over and above to help me out during this stressful period of home schooling. This pharmacy might be small but the exceptional service more than makes up for its size! If you want good old-fashioned service and advice, this pharmacy is the place to go.

I was very disappointed in the Pharmacist who in front of other customers embarrassed my elderly mother, This is the second incident my family have had with this Pharmacist. Where is the customer service, she will not be supporting this local chemist anymore, she will now be supporting Watsonia. Unfortunate for the lovely owner of the business you will loose a lot more customers if she continues to act in this way.

As a Macleod local, very grateful that the staff are trying to help us as best they can during this very trying and difficult time. I used to shop at one of the big discount pharmacies but now choose to support a local instead. They price match too!
