Illara dry cleaned my wedding dress, and did a fabulous job as always. She presented it beautifully, and gave me advice as to how to store it properly, so that I have full confidence it will stay preserved until it comes time to hand it on.

She is always patient and meticulous, and so easy, accomodating and pleasant to deal with. She is happy to answer any questions I have and gives amazing advice. I drive from a town away because she is the best.

Excellent service provided every time. My dry cleaning and repairs are always perfect on collection. I couldn’t be happier - I will never use another dry cleaner:)

Don’t look any where else for dry cleaning! The lady was extremely nice, helped me out last minute to get my suit dry cleaned before an event, where other dry cleaning businesses in the area wouldn’t. And the suit came back immaculate!

Fabulous, local business. Always welcoming and helpful. They will take on any challenge - even the sheepskin rugs from in front of the fire that my pets seem to live on.

Amazing service. We have had everything from suits, wedding dresses, and bedding cleaned. We have had dresses taken in. All done with amazing quality work. Could not recommend more.

Illara did a wonderful job on the dry cleaning of my wedding dress, over 18 months after our wedding date. I was worried it would be too late but she did an absolutely beautiful job and I was so pleased with her work. I chose to have my dress preserved in a box with acid free tissue paper and am so glad I chose this option. A bit pricier but well worth it. We will be returning with other items to be cleaned. I’m glad other people are calling out this woman’s poor behaviour. I called about some dry cleaning for my husband not too long ago and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude for no good reason. Was a very disappointing experience.

I use this service all the time and have never had anything but helpful advice and polite service from them. They were particularly helpful with my queries last year on how to transport a wedding dress overseas - taking time to run me through the options and what to ask for when I got to the other end. Thanks MRDC - keep up the good work!

I'm hesitant to be critical at this time but regardless of what we're going through at the moment, I think demonstrating good manners and a little kindness matters. The woman I spoke to at this place the other week, unfortunately didn't catch her name, was very rude and impatient with me when I enquired about a couple of items I needed cleaned. I was simply wanting to get some advice and a quote and I was treated horribly.
You may have been busy at the time I made the enquiry but it's not ok to treat people that way even if you're stressed or under pressure.
Sorry, can't say I'd go back or recommend this place.

I have know illara for many years and she is amazing at what she does. Great service and professional quality. Number one in alterations too
