Profoundly disappointing. Not competent for spill damage repairs. Took ages without any diagnosis. If your machine is dead, chances are your laptop parts would be used elsewhere and handed back to you with "no fix, no fee" lollipop. Be aware

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro & it needed to be repaired. Not ideal! My main concerns were; is this going to be super expensive & will it take a long time?

My 7-year old MacBook Pro had developed some peculiar problems (some keys not working), and I was really desperate. I needed the errant keys to just log on, and I could not even log on. I contacted Michael at 9am on Sunday, very reluctantly, as I don't like to bother anyone on Sundays. He told me to bring it over, as I live in Patterson Lakes it was just a 5 minute drive. I explained my problems, and Michael had everything fixed by 5pm. Amazingly quick service. My keyboard was changed, my computer had been given a clean-up and looked spanking new, and Michael installed the latest operating system. He also did a few other software upgrades. I am thoroughly satisfied, and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michael as a Mac expert.

Michael was awesome to deal with. My sons MacBook was damaged and needed a new screen. Michael did the repair the same day that the part came in ensuring that my son had his device back ASAP for school.
