Dont use this company.its a scam.charge $110 to do nothing! They dont even run diagnostics or can actually fix your macbook.they outsource it - send your macbook away to another company in melbourne, who then also cant fix your macbook, so you lose 2 weeks of back & forth when they cant help.very annoying & poor service.

They regularly provide quality hints and tips via their Newsletter which is worth subscribing to. Today the sent an alert re a security problem with the Root Directory which is yet to be patched by Apple
