MA1 Combat

I ordered a pair of shorts that were on sale at the beginning of the month on 9/11/23. It's now 9/25/23 and I have not received my package from them. I've reached out to their customer service team via email on 3 different occasions in attempt to figure out where my package is. I have gotten ZERO replies from them. I have NO idea where my package is. I've had to file an enquiry through Australian postal service in hopes of tracking down my package. MA1 has a great selection of rash guards and shorts. The customer service is terrible and non existent. I am not attempting to be mean or malicious with my review. I'm just stating my experience. Very disappointed. If you are in the United States, I suggest you use bteams apparel site. Same great selection of rash guards and shorts and their customer service is top notch!

I ordered 2x shorts from MA1. Shorts are excellent. Great quality and whilst they are tight, they are equally manoeuvrable which means no rips! The shipping process was a bit confusing. For 8 days the order was unfulfilled and then randomly the order showed up at my house. 2 days later I received the tracking number and notified the order was on its way. It was a bit difficult to reach MA1 to discuss the matter. The number listed on the website didn't work, and took roughly 4 days to respond to my inquiry. I don't mean any of this as harsh feedback, I'm genuinely hoping it's recieved as constructive feedback, and a few of the mentioned processes improved. I will definitely be shopping with them again and hopefully the shipping process is smoother 2nd time around. Thank you MA1.

I came to the store at 3: 10pm and it was lock, tried calling and no one picked up, on the website it says that you guys close at 4pm?

Great product and quality have purchased numerous times…. My most recent order I purchased priority shipping 50$ Thinking it would be a week or so internationally I got my 1st parcel without priority shipping within 10 days

For international buyers I would recommend not purchasing priority shipping it’s a waste of money

Great service and fast delivery times. Ordered the night before and received the package the next day in the afternoon. Had trouble finding gym equipment elsewhere and these guys appear to be well stocked!

Unfortunately, my experience with MA1 has not been positive. After placing an order on August 5th, I am still waiting for the balance of my order to be delivered. Oddly, the two packages I was expecting were picked up on the same day and yet only one has made it to me. I have contacted MA1 on a number of occasions only to find out that due to an admin error my delivery was initially returned to sender. I was OK with this as I understand that human error occurs. My contention in that after this initial event and repeated follow up from my end, the best I have been provided with is an email showing me the tracking details which are vague at best. MA1, I am more than capable to track my own delivery. Take some ownership and treat your enquiries and customers with the relevant attention. Perhaps an escalation with your delivery partner might be in order and better yet, some proactive replies to your customers might also be of some value. I should not have to be chasing you up every 48 hours to find out what is going on. What a disappointing experience this has been. When will I receive the rest of my delivery?

Exactly what I was after. It's been hard to find hand weights that are affordable in lockdown at the moment. These were well priced and very quick delivery.

I can't explain in words how great the customer service was for this store. I'm very big when it comes to politeness and service and can truly say the guy who served me today (Al) was absolutely amazing from the get go. Not only was Al super patient, he explained everything in great detail to a noob and beginner like me who had no idea what to get.

There is hardly many nice people in this world anymore and i can confidently say the guy who served me today (Al) is one of those very small minority great human beings.

Bought 15 rubber mats, quality was sublime, I deadlift 200+ kg with cast iron and when I drop at the top they don't crack

Poor Customer service over the phone

Today I spoke to a lady who to be honest had an arrogant and unprofessional phone manner.

She appeared to show little to no respect for people like myself working in the fitness industry, she was dismissive and uninterested in my call.

As a Fitness Professional, we often work for more than 1 gym and a lot of us have our own studios, this means we have a wide reach with our client base as well as our social media platforms.

Feedback, recommendations and advice is important in this industry, the difference between a great customer service experience or a terrible customer service experience could help any businesses like yours.

A few companies are working with PTs and offering discounts etc to help keep the industry running. It’s cool if you don’t offer a discount like other comapnies however at least show professionalism, because as I was told today, “we’re very busy at the moment and we won’t offer a discount” unless it’s not a big order.

You might be busy at the moment, using covid as an advantage to put whatever mark up you want on products, but that won't be the case forever and I am sure people like myself will remember the businesses that treated us fairly and respectfully once the panic dies down.

Rang with an enquiry about rubber flooring and was greeted cheerfully and was given all the info I needed. Made my purchase and it was delivered in a few days. Flooring is perfect, many thanks.
