Got ambushed by 2 of there undercover "guards" yesterday at melton south coles they practically robbed me!

Your staff accuse a young girl of stealing without any proof, unprofessional. Do you even train your staff?

The most dysfunctional run company I’ve ever worked for in my life. And don’t look after their workers.very sad! Would not recommend, if only I could put down a quarter of a star rating even then it’s too much.

Most Dodgy company I ever seen they used subcontracted company such Aarma, AGP protective, RMK management and many more every six months they intentionally closed the company. And they made fake contracts and switch guards from full time to part time without any acknowledgement and paid guard on cash.there payslips are dodgy too.

Since Barinder took over and removed Saib Ahmed from his role, in only a a couple of months time, there has been nearly 10 cases lodged against MA Services Group with FWC and one thing is common “THEY ARE ALL MUSLIMS”

One of worst security company to deal with. Guards are slacky, doesn't have clue what they are doing. Sleeping in car on night shift, guards aren't trained well. Management is even more horrible. They have no idea about guards shifts, roster and nature of work. They have big communication issues. Definitely not supportive at all. The service is next to nothing and literally waiting for disaster in worst case. They look highly presentable & promising from outside but it's 0 star from inside. This security company is a Big Joke. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work and use their services.

These guys are the dodgiest company. Attended an interview where the person didn't show up, then got told they where coming to wait around another 30 minutes to go leave to be told they had called right then and said they couldn't make it again.
They ask for availability then call you on unavailable days to ask if you can work and when you can put a mark on your record saying you refuse to take shifts.
I asked about fuel allowance which I was continually not given the follow up information on, or partial information with a promise of a follow up. I was told I would get correct uniform and until leaving had still not had it dropped off as they said they would do, pay slips are just made up how they see fit, hours added to random places. They also have a problem with returning calls/giving you the information you request. I've had to call multiple times to follow up on information for my shifts/uniform/rates/contracts and even then they either forget or don't do it 50% of the time.

To top it all off, the lady manager is rude as all Hell. When I spoke to her she told me I was refusing shifts even when they had offered me multiple shifts (on the days I couldn't work, or shifts which would end up making me lose cash with travel/hours provided) and asked if i 'even wanted to work'. When I mentioned, we're in a recession, so distance to travel with fuel costs/the type of job all come into play when going to accept a permanent position the lady just continued to show no interest/continued to act condescendingly towards the situation. Being a role in security, I'm not wanting to risk my life for bad pay/a company that can't even to their job properly and speaks to their employees like their garbage. They told me they have offered me multiple part time or casual work but I told them on day 1 I will need work based around study and gave my preferences on times, all as they had requested and asked for since day one.

I would keep away from working with this company. They are unprofessional, rude and show little to no care about their employees. They may claim they do but it's all a surface act. I've worked multiple secuirty jobs in the past with little to no issues. This place is not good. They ended up terminating my contract (casual) due to me raising my voice after the manager started speaking down to me. To be fair though, as mentioned not risking my life for a company who treats their employees like garbage. They're a money hungry organisation from my personal experience. Funny how they sit in an office but refuse to treat their employees on the field with respect.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the staff was actually helpful but even then, the internal workings of this company are a mess, from the system they use to contracts to management.

Some of The security staff at Queen Victoria Night Market are terrible. Make easy thing at entrance more complicated to pretend they are busy but actually they just chat with each other or play with mobile phone. Same as others around the market. Terrible

Not even worth a star. MA security on Acland street are the worst wouldn’t even bother asking them where to go there to busy on there phones. Worst experience ever and no respect.

Horrible service with unprofessional standards and tactics. Try another company or save the dollars.

For a Security Company that's got Coles Security Contact they're useless. I called to tell them their guard in Coles did nothing about a guy with a light cigarette he flicked on to a shelf in the store & I've had no call back over 1 week. Not good enough when I have a Security Licence. They don't deserve Coles Contract.

Don't deserve even one star but I don't have any option.worse experience so far in my life. I don't understand 5 star rating to this business? Might have been their own staff

Highly recommend MA Services group. Their security officers are highly trained and very professional. The company were very responsive to any queries we had and handled them quickly and efficiently. A great job all round!

Love working for MA. The support and potential for in house growth is amazing. Back office support and the NOC setup is great and provides assistance 24/7. An innovative company that is on the way to be a trendsetter for the industry.

This is one of the worst security companies I have ever used.
I would not recommend using them at all costs.

Security guard found sleeping in their car instead of guarding entry to a complex and not providing security at all.
Guard left for a few hours allowing people to enter and exit secure area without being checked.
Guard left the job without contacting the person who hired them to confirm if they were needed anymore and left 3-4 hours early.
Guard not willing to stay for the full four hour call out time.

Office staff don't know what they are doing

Undoubtedly the best security services firm in Australia. The innovation which keeps on taking place is really incredible. The services offered range from security services, cleaning services and customer service. I would personally recommend MA Services Group to be the flag bearers to tackle the current fiasco around the security industry. Kudos to you #masg

Dodgy company using dodgy subcontractors so called arma security company. Not paying to their casual staff. I have lodged complaint in fair work ombudsman Victoria. Hope they will learn a biggg lesson very soon.

One wouldn’t complain using their services. They are highly professional, responsive. Came accross with them last year on new year eve their approach was highly appreciable.

Excellent company to work with. Would you believe out of the 3 companies I contacted they were the only ones that actually responded.

The entire crew is a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and customer focused. I highly recommend MA Services Group to any business that needs staff for an event
