Terrible terrible terrible, not sure who Sean is but he or she is right, communication and communicating with M7 Designs is like calling Telstra and never getting a honest answer. It can takes days even weeks to get a response even if you have paid well over $10K for their services.

DO NOT USE, if you are building a dream home please go with someone else, as M7Designs charges high price and their communication is so poor you will feel that your dream home will never get done.

We highly recommend! Matt and his team have been nothing but brilliant. They have managed to design our dream house while juggling strict building guidelines, our not so easy requests, developers, council, surveyors and countless others. If you want quality, creativity and dedicated support look no further. Well done guys we look forward to our next project!

Matt and the crew design and do an awesome job, when I do another project Ill be off to them again.

Matt was upset when I emailed him on Sunday. It is quite surprising as the email didn’t have to be read if he didn’t feel like reading it on Sunday. Will never use his service anymore because of this horrible experience. Indeed the builder was the one that used his service and we were the ones that paid the whole invoices. Thanks.
