M & V Pretty's Prime Cuts

Will not spend another cent at this store. Brought drumsticks and there was a long piece of hair on the chicken when I went back I was advised that they where going to take extra precautions and make there workers wear hairnets or tie their hair in a bun and this has not been rectified

Went to buy pork rind, paid $10 for 2 pieces around 300mm square, which I thought was a bit of a rip to be honest and when I get home and opened them out of the vacuum sealed bag, the smell was horrendous, would not recommend this butcher

Really upset with Prettys - not for our meat as we always well usually get great meat however we purchased a pork roast tonight and unfortunately the meat was off. We phoned to advised Prettys and was told by Maddison that there would be no way our meat was off and thats the way pork smells. (This is the second time this has happened) We usually always have great pork from Prettys as it is our local butcher however this piece was very different and stunk our house out. She was very argumentative and really nasty when we had phoned. We returned the meat where she continued to argue. The meat did not disappoint us.however the service was really upsetting. We understand meat sometimes spoils however being spoken down to and told we dont know know what off meat is, is very disappointing.
We wont be purchasing from here again.

Favourite butcher. All the meat I buy is always good, plus the recipe stuff that's made like the wings, meat loaf, stir fry etc are all great. Place is always very clean and the staff are super nice ️.

An item bought 2 kg was nice to see but felt so salty after cooked in woven. Went to complain, two girls (one of them was the sells girl who sold that item and said manager herself) behaved rudely, even called security, wasn't ready to listen complain about their product. Security personnel was also rude. Never will go back again and suggest all to not to visit that worst place. I feel robbed.

Porterhouse steak I bought was semi frozen and one side was grey. First time I have used this butcher and will definetly be the last.

I definitely recommend buying your meats from this place, the meat is always fresh and the prices are lowest around this area. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.keep up the great work!

Young girl is bit rude. She dont have pateince for customer service rather than that mest quality is good

Every time I have purchased meat her on a Sunday it has been putrid. Staffed by children who have no interest or knowledge on meat preparation or cooking.

Awesome service, impeccably clean, vast range and unbelievable quality.
I travel over an hour to shop here, they are unparalleled in service and range. Prices are brilliant, too!

Generally buy bones and cuts for my dog from here.staff is very friendly and their prices are good too.
