Outstanding shopping experience. Store is well staffed and they are all equally patient, helpful and friendly. Like many of the other reviewers, I took home a rug on trial, went back and forth with samples and am very happy with my (reasonably priced) eventual purchase. This brand of personalised service is becomming somewhat of a rarity and it's ventures like M & M Rug Shop which makes me happy to support smaller (and often local) business. Highly recommend.

Great service, good selection of rugs, very fast delivery (we needed a rug with a fast turnaround but they didn’t have the size we needed, which they delivered to store in only a few days).

Beautiful rugs, knowledgeable advice, personal touch - that’s definitely our one stop rug shop. We went to buy a runner and ended up dressing up our whole apartment: a magnificent rug x 2 (thank you, Melissa for insisting to try it on the floor as it does look different), a runner, a mat.and the list goes on. Best customer service ever! I ordered some custom cut hallway runners just before Christmas, i knew i was cutting it close but they went far and beyond to get it cut and delivered to me even days before Christmas, only took 3 business days to get to me and I was so grateful, David and all the staff helped me more than i could ever expect.

Feeling disappointed and hurt. If yoh are not looking to buy an expensive rug you will NOT get the amazing service people are talking about here. I happen to be in the store when people were getting great service, but when it came my turn, and the guy realised that we we were looking at the cheaper rugs we were told to make a quick decision and move on. Very hurtful

Did a purchase here last day. Quite happy with the overall experience and the pricing. Most of the awesome rugs were quite expensive though. Would have been nice to have some more choices to select in the range of under $400. Friendly staff and good customer service. Will go again.

Couldn't speak more highly of M & M's Rug Shop. We have been searching for months for a 9m long hallway runner and short of having one custom made or ordering blind off the internet, we were at a real loss.
Thankfully we found these guys are the selection, price and customer service is second to none.

One tradition style rug in situ we recently purchased for our country house. M&M Rug shop is perfect for all our rug needs. The range is good and the staff are super friendly.

Thank you for the great service M & M. We saw Rikki on the Saturday to discuss options for a hall runner. Borrowed a sample and order that afternoon. Was cut, sewn and ready to collect on Friday and we love it. The quality is wonderful. Thanks again
