We bought a Hyandai Accent from these guys years ago. The car had hail damage on it. It had been raining when we test drove it so we didn't notice the damage due to the water droplets sitting in the dents. The hail damage wasn't listed on the advertisement and wasn't mentioned to us when purchasing it. This was is quite deceitful and no remedy was given so unfortunately we gave up on trying to getting a resolution out of them. Also the warranty experience was disappointing to say the least so we just had issues dealt with by our own trustworthy mechanic. Our car was white so we ended up calling her Golf Ball. She did alright until a friend sadly wrote her off to the scrap yard. RIP Golf Ball

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS.

Their cars are all old and look like they’ve been sitting there for the last 10+years (probably written off cars honestly). They have a very pressurising method of sales so please be careful singing anything or committing to anything. They tried to offer me this old car that looked like it was in the verge of falling apart which I’m glad I stood my ground and declined I can’t imagine having to go back for repairs every couple of months like those other reviews. Also overheard a convo where one of the mechanics was trying to explain something wrong with the car that Vicroads had found and the sales guy just played it off and told him vicroads didn’t know what they were saying and it was a minor issue.

Great service from the seller Carl very kind, respectful and well attentive to what I wanted to know about the Mitsubishi Magna 99 before and after I purchased it, even fixed a few things on it and cleaned it from the inside out before taking possession of it thank you Carl runs like a dream, highly recommended.

Seriously poor service, I paid a fully refundable deposit then my primary car needed major repairs and they simply wouldn't refund it. Not happy and not good people.

Pushy sales ppl. Lots of cars but really poor condition. 2 weeks wait on RWC, bodywork and cleanliness. I needed a shower after test driving here. Absolutely disgusting.

I really recommend M&G Motors due to the fact that they helped me really well with the purchase of my first car. They were welcoming and relaxed and listened to my preferences. When we got to the point where we had decided what car it would be they were flexibel in ways of the price and took my budget into account. After the purchase the car got taken into the garage to make it roadworthy and shiny again. Furthermore, they made the paperwork really easy for me, they transfered the car to my name and all I had to do was sign the forms. With the assistance of Angelo, one of their great employees, have I succeeded in buying my first car as a backpacker.
