I could not be happier with the outcome of my bridal dress and experience at M Bridal and the service BeBe provided! She was extremely kind, attentive and understanding in ensuring that she created the exact dress I was looking for. I now have my dream dress with perfect measurements which needed no extra tailoring after BeBe had taken my initial measurements!
I would recommend BeBe and M Bridal to anyone and everyone looking for their wedding dress, you will definitely not be disappointed!:)

I have just recently picked up my dress from Mbridal and I was beyond happy with the service, i remember the first time i went in to go dress shopping here and Bebe was amazing and so friendly, the second dress I tried on I instantly fell in love with, she has an amazing range of dresses and they are very unique, I highly recommend going here, I can't wait for all my family and friends to see my amazing wedding dress.

Advertised sizing up to a 20 on instagram but failed to mention that 16+ would require it to be ordered in with an additional fee to cater for the bigger sizing. Quite disgusting that a fee is charge because you’re a bit bigger than the average. Not plus size friendly at all. Not only that but they advertised to a size 20 yet didn’t stock any dresses that fit my 16-18 body so at least I can try something on. After asking if there is anything for me to try on she said there’s nothing. Quite disgusted by this place. Please be honest and mention bigger sizes require it to be ordered in. Or at least have a couple dresses in stock for us to try on if you want to cater to that demographic. I wish I can give this place 0 stars.

Babes work is 10/10! Her dresses are stunning! Her customer service is impeccable. She is the sweetest woman. She made me feel so comfortable and confident. The quality of her dresses are amazing. Definitely recommending to all my family and friends

I picked up my dress today and I literally cannot even express how stunning it is. First and final fitting. Fits like a glove. It’s the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen in my life. Impeccable customer service. Always taking calls and questions! I sincerely highly recommend this store with all my heart. Every thing in there is beautiful. Thank you so much for my dress. I cannot wait to wear it. Xx

The dresses are great just make sure the measurements are taken correctly I ended up with a wrong sizing had to buy the dress she had in store which needed adjustments on top of paying for express shipping the hoop was wrong and had to go back to return (she insisted it's exactly the same when i took it) after all that she was refusing to refund me the whole amount for the hoop, eventually she did after a heated argument. Mistakes happen it's the customer service that needs to be fixed it's not okay to talk over customers and insist you're right despite all the mistakes you made. I do hope you work on customer service as it's a shame the dresses are great as I said.

Amazing customer service! Been to many dress shops but no one was as accomodating, I was made to feel a priority and felt very listened to

A hidden gem tucked away amongst factories. The place is clean and welcoming. We had visited for my little sisters second try on of a dress she thought was the one. The owner was so professional, helpful and was able to accommodate to our modest requirements suggesting what alterations could be done to meet those needs. She gave my sister and entourage the opportunity to go grab a coffee and to think about the options. Her giving us this time for a breather was so lovely of her to do and it was greatly appreciated. The perfect dress was found in the perfect size and requiring no charges.perfect as is and my little sister was pleased with the dress and the service she had received. Highly recommend this place!

what an experience it was at mbridal nothing was to hard! I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Bebe just wanted me to find the perfect dress and be happy even if it wasn't at Mbridal.
Bebe is honest, sweet and passionate about what she does. I went to a couple of bridal shop but bebe was the best experience! So easy to talk to and she knew exactly what I liked and what suited me. Bebe designed a custom dress for me and I absolutely love it! I cant wait to wear it. Her attention to details is simply amazing.

I Have a big scar on my right thigh and the dress that she made for me has a big slit up to the thighs. I completely forget to tell her which side to put the slit so my scar wouldn't show. But she remembered and I didn't even have to tell her! She is simply amazing. She loves what she does and is also so talented! Im so glad I found you! Thanks again for creating such a memorable experience and also creating my dream dress!
