Never had to chase up for information, they kept me informed every step of the way. Highly professional.

Tried to engage for conveyancing/contract review. They sounded great on the phone and accepted my documents via email. When I asked if they could give me a timeline to complete that stage, I received no response. Two phone calls and multiple emails later, we were finally told that they couldn't take on the work - two full days later. Had the expectation been set in a timely manner, we could have used our time better.
