Good school with an amazing staff and facilities.

Suggestion: Many good schools have chess training programs. LPS should start as well.

Absolutely love the school. Executive team and very responsive, cater for special needs kids, offer great programs. Very family orientated school community

My son's first 2 years at Lyndhurst were an awful time for us. Many instances of bad behaviour from 'Behaviour challenged' students forced me to remove him from the school!
The buddy system for preps was a disaster and needs scrapping. Who's watching the older boys with our 5 year olds?
My son's buddy encouraged my son to punch and hit other children. I caught my son's buddy doing it red handed!
Also when I enrolled my son into a new school, he was tested for his reading ability. He was a year behind in his reading. No teacher noticed that? Or informed us about it!
The worse and most dangerous situation was when my 5 yr old son was lured by another student, out of the school grounds, and down to the edge of the deep lake. (adjoining the school grounds)
My son was 5 yrs old and couldn't swim! He was encouraged by the student to jump in the water. Thank God he didn't!
I was not informed by the school, (even thought the school had knowledge of the incident) but told by another parent who witnessed it, When questioned, I was told the school had already dealt with the incident "in house".
So if your 5 yr old child is taken out of the school grounds and to the edge of a large lake, and encouraged to get in it, it's all good. They'll speak to the perpertrator and won't even mention it to the parents. Maybe they hoped a preppie couldn't explain what had happened, and it might just all go away?
I am still suffering flash backs from that day. The thought that my child could have drown while at school has left me with lasting trauma.
Im very lucky my son didn't drown that day, as no one was supervising him during school hours.
I have had NO feed back from the school.

My extremely close friend, Omid in year 6 referred me to this school as very good. I would reccommend this school to anybody. They put their funds towards the right cause and actually care about students unlike other schools! Top notch school if your local. Although few improvements could be made such as higher supervision etc.

This school is do bad I wanna give a 0 but that's not possible so I'll give u a 1. I USED to go to this school but there was a problem at the school! And the teachers are rude people steal food DONT have bullying rules but Devon Meadows Primary School has bullying rules and nobody stealing food there.lyndhurst primary school they have lots of unfun teachers and lots of bully's there! - Skylah johns

I attended to this amazing school for most of my primary school years and I loved my time there! The teachers and students made me want to come to school every day and I loved it! Camps and excursions are where many memories were cherished. The school has many great opportunities for anyone who attends it, may it be through the academic area, sport area or the arts area. This school will always have a special place in my heart.

Great school, daughter transferred there at start of this year 2020. She couldn't be happier. School has great facilities and resources. Teachers and staff very helpful and friendly, great to find this. Have good programed for students also have good programed and assistance for anyone needing some extra help or with special needs. Highly recommend. Easy access school pick up and drop off goes relatively easy, this makes it nice and stress free. Has nearby transport and also close to shops for those last minute things on way home. Very happy with school overall

I am one of the students from Lyndhurst primary school, I just want to talk about the school curriculum, for example in grade 2 kids learn to divide fraction, but in grade 5, kids have to do time table.

NOTE: Sometimes the school scams you, for example, the school computer, the school computer originally cost $750, but in the school, it cost over a $1000.

Such a great school I come here it’s now my 6th year this school is my home and the teachers are great I recommend people to being there children in for this year I hope you guys grow and have more employment in the future I almost forgot that I love the Harmony day thing you guys hold every year it expressions culture and harmony in all different countries and religions I hope you all have a great and stable year and great year in 2020 with all the students overall a five out of five best school in the The whole of Lyndhurst your teachers and some of your students are really really really kind and there’s a great environment for all the preps and juniors that come to the school

Great school.i love the teacheras and students are all well behaved.right now im in year 6 and i love this school soo much and ill never forget it

From my mind, I would stay in that school for ever! The staff there are amazing, and the teachers! I met lovely teachers. I'd stay there for my my life.but, that can't happen maybe.in another life! For all those parent's trying to find a school here's one Lyndhurst, you'll see your child already with friends! ;). 2012-2018.

I graduated In This school last year! I've been here for 6 years and my experience has been amazing! The School staff are so kind and amazing! Especially The Spanish Teacher. All my teachers through out the years were amazing! They all are so kind! And The canteen sells good food!

You can make a lot of friends and their's a range of outdoor places for you and your friends to hang out! I recommend this school!

This is the best school ever! First of all i was in this school from prep to grade six and i have made some of the best memories of my life. The teachers are really kind and nice. The school grounds are nice, lots of areas for kids to play in, so i would definitely consider going here again if i could.:)

Even though I left this school about 2 years ago, i'll always remember how much fun my life was there, learning and having fun.

It’s such an amazing school. The staff try their best to teach the kids and they’re every friendly. The kids in the yard are well behaved, the schools always clean and organised and a bit modern looking. There’s a lot of fun whole school Activities that the school does that brings smiles on the kids faces. For example, free dress days, sport events and fundraisers to raise money to help the people in need. The education there is amazing, the teachers there find fun ways to educate the kids and the canteen sells good food.

I highly recommend this school.
