My boys and I have been going to Lynbrook Medical centre since 2015 and have never had anything but a positive experience from all staff!
In fact, I credit Dr Nayani Jayakody for saving my life in 2018 when she recommended I have an ultrasound after the mammogram showed nothing. For the next year, all the staff and Dr Jayakody supported me while I battled breast cancer and even after the all clear and they’ve been nothing been but kind, patient and professional.
Rude ladies at reception need to learn how to talk or behave to someone, Telebooking staff don’t know how to take booking,
Whole front staff and admin need training. I feel sorry for the doctors they doing good job but these ladies at front staff are outrageous
I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. I booked my appointment at 5 o’clock but I waited till 5: 50. Poor service
Don’t deserve a star, I had a blood test today the nurse could not find my vain at first place. Once he was done after 10 min he is like sorry I forgot to do the 3rd test and I need more blood. Can I use ur other arm to get more bloods.after all those pain at first place. I had to accept giving more blood. I will never go to this place again.
Poor reception, while enrolling you get to fill in the form and not sure how my contact number in their system was not even close to my actual number.
Booked an appointment and still waited almost an hour to see the doctor not sure what is the point of booking an appointment and wait few days to see the doctor then.
Very Poor Service. I booked with Dr Loganathan at 7pm for my baby and waited for more than an hour and kept asking the receptionist when is my turn but kept telling my one reason that he’s running late and other pts walking from outside directly into his room with no waits at all. Receptionist was rude instead saying I can’t tell u more hes late.
Dr wouldn’t run late more than an hour and make us wait with baby.
Wouldn’t visit here again

Doesn't even deserve one star. Dr gone for the day and they didn't notified me that my regular doctor is gone. When I speak to the receptionist Anne she said oh he's gone and finish at 1: 30. Anne is so rude doesn't have any manners at all so poor communication. I will NOT recommend this medical to anyone. Forgot to send my child's referral to Monash and I was waiting for 2 months and ended up ringing Monash and they said we do not have referral under this name. When I ring back receptionist said oh it's still here. My child is Autistic and needs ongoing care. They put my child at risk which is ridiculous. They need more practice before they run the medical centre.
They ring me up (twice) 40 minutes after booked Telehealth consult was supposed to start to say doctor won’t call as been more than 12 months since I’ve been there face to face? …… although I had one the week before with them for Covid?
Did they want me to just pop in for a chat when I wasn’t sick?

Great Practice! Ann on reception is so kind and caring. Always helpful and understanding. Ann always goes above and beyond in assisting. Always a relief when I call and she answers! Cant be an easy job dealing with people but she always ALWAYS does everything she can to accommodate. Thank you Ann for what you do! X
Dr Nayani is the best doctor. So down to earth and relatable. Always giving the best advice and checking in when times are tough. Her positivity, compassion and care are of the highest possible standard. X
What happened with your phone number, I tried a lot of time always say busy. Very hard to book appointment it’s so annoying. I tried to call from 2-3 hours.
Very rude customer service. Don’t have any doctors to make a appointment in three days. Why don’t you close the clinic!
Anne, whatever her name is, with short grey hair, she is very rude, I mean if you too tired or too old to work thn just stay home instead of ruining other’s entire day. That day I didn’t say anything out of respect of her age but if I talk to her like she did, she would quit her job, The Indian girls are very nice tho
Very upsetting that you’re on hold for hours and no one picks up the phone. Had to wait two and a half hours for the doctor to call for the Telehealth appointment as well.
We absolutely adore our Dr.gerges he is just amazing and always cares and goes out of his way all times.
The best Doctor, he’s cheerful, helpful, kind and knows what is best suited for all of us individually and together. I’m so thankful

Poor customer service. Booked appointment for my newborn and myself with a doctor. Doctor decided to go to leave. No one bothered to let us know or reschedule. We just traveled there with the little one and returned without any treatment. Such a waste of time as my partner had to take a day off from work. I won’t recommend this practice to anyone, neither will go there again.
I use to go to lymbrook village mediacl center.today i was refused to see a doctor for my son. I asked for appointment over phone they refused and the reason they told me is i didnt visit the clinic since 12 months they only give appointments to their "customers" who visit the clinic regulary. Dont know if some one move to lymbrook how can they join the loop?
Some doctors are good but their customer service is absolutely pathetic, rude and unsympathetic. You'll be much better off speaking to an automated voice system than their customer service
Being with them since years I would like to say that the staff is very friendly, Doctors and nurses highly help full, always smiling and taking care. Each time I get the right advice and help Thank you
I have been disappointed with the receptionist not one time but all the time same person, she is very rude i don’t know how she got receptionist job but drs are amazing and nurses are great.
