We’ve been taking our dogs and cat here since they opened.
We have never had anything is positive experiences. They are mindful of costs and communicate everything whilst still giving options.

Their updates are very cute (sometimes too cute) but informative whenever we have our dog in for a dental operation.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable in regards to Greyhounds. Communication before, during and after my greys procedure was amazing and helped ease my mind.

Friendly staff. Always welcoming. The team are always helpful and informative, providing regular updates. Mischka's love visiting. If only she can open the doors herself, I'm sure she'll bounce right in.

Great veterinary clinic. All the staff were so friendly towards my partner, myself and our pup. Was a first appointment so it was full of a lot of information but we never felt rushed or like information was skimmed over. Very accommodating to any questions or concerns we had.

Would gladly recommend this vet to anyone.

What can I say? This was my 1st visit to Lynbrook Vet and the team were soo amazing and thorough.
I was so grateful for Shaye and Dr Naoise, they really looked after my puppy Oxy and were so thorough and knowledgeable. I was so worried about how Oxy was going to react, as he was in for a check up and Vaccinations. He was made to feel loved and very spoilt! He was loving life!

I will try and avoid a play by play, detailed description of my experience at this medical facility, only to say it left me incredibly unimpressed and significantly poorer.
After recently relocating to the area, I thought I would try them out and move my business from my usual vet. My current canine companion is my 5th rescue dog.
The vets lack of rapport with me and my furry friend only really became apparent when I returned to my usual vet and witnessed what real compassion and experience is. Not to mention that their fully equipped path lab just so happened to not be fully equipped on the morning I visited, causing me added expense.
All my inquiries/complaints were politely answered via email in a satisfactory if not patronising manner.
Just as a side note, I chose this vet due to their outstanding reviews. However after visiting them I now consider an almost perfect 5 star score from hundreds of reviewers very suspicious as my experience was anything but.
Edit, Regarding their, out standing reviews. I actually now recall them soliciting a positive review via email, before we had even attended our appointment.

I’m actually going to struggle to put into words how wonderful this vet is. My previous vets have been great, but Lynbrook Vet is next level. The care they show is unmatched and I know my dogs are in excellent hands now and going forward. Their follow up on both my dog that has seen them, and even the one who is yet to visit has been incredible. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Really happy with the vet, they're knowledgeable and friendly and don't just try to squeeze money out of you. So happy we found them and we'll definitely be back.

Seriously floored how money grubby this place has become. Disregarded another vet's examination from literally last week, to force me to get another one at $87 or they wouldn't give a prescription for medication that my dog needs for rest of its life, after being on it for close to 3 years already (they know all this and have records from behaviourist, previous vets etc.).
The health check was exactly the same from both vet's, both found no issues (each recommended a teeth clean). Only ppl to benefit was them, at charging money for something not needed, delaying getting the medication for dog. Pretty disgusted, especially as before the consultation I told them all this information already, they had the other vet notes also. All under the guise of this is our process and we can't waiver. Which is not true, as any situation could have a level of discretion. If they didn't have any free billable spots in appointments, I'd have gotten the prescription. But instead, they saw an opportunity to money grab. When prices of things everywhere is going up, it'd be nice to see someone not try and rip you.
Update: 12 mths of medication is $60, this consult and prescription fee was $122 (with nothing new to offer). Seriously something very wrong here

After not being able to get into my usual vet (which is a large one) for 2 weeks, I went to Lynbrook Vet and got in straight away. How wonderful to go to a small family business run Vet. Very patient and friendly and spend a good time looking over my dog.

So incredibly happy that we found Lynbrook Vets! After taking our 15 week old puppy to several appointments at another clinic, and getting no answers or action, we made the decision to get a second opinion. From the get go it was apparent that these guys really cared about our situation. I’d booked an appointment online later in the week due to work commitments, and I received a phone call from the clinic letting me know that they would prefer to get me in earlier due to the nature of the appointment. They worked around my time constraints and got us in to see them that day. From the minute we walked in to the clinic, i could tell we were in the right spot. Our puppy Dougie was greeted by the desk staff and they doted over him like he was their own! We had an extended consult and the vet patiently listened to my concerns. She ran us through all the scenarios, and options and spoke with us regarding costs prior to actioning anything. Things finally seem a little bit less stressful now that we have a plan in place, and I am reassured that Dougie is in very capable hands when it comes to his health.

All the staff are fantastic. They are always friendly and look after both of our mini dachshund’s.

These guys have pet care in their veins. They go all the way to care for your fur babies. They know their stuff and never forget your pets bdays neither the owners. They are equipped to do everything your per needs and want including treats to keep all happy and calm. We love them.

The team at Lynbrook vet are friendly, caring, and professional. Our cat had her teeth cleaned and they sent us updates throughout the day, checked in with us regularly, and did a great job looking after her. Thanks team, looking forward to working with you all again.

Thank you for a wonderful experience, we have always been hesitant about taking our German Shepherd, Ruby to the Vet and are so glad we found you guys, Dr Kunal was very caring and understanding with Ruby and made her relax and gave us alot of information we didn't know. Your entire team were so very helpful. We no longer need to stress when we need the vet from now on, we will always bring Ruby to you:)
