Tai manages the service and she is very experienced in dress alterations. She is very soft spoken and is accommodative for quick alteration requests.

I am so impressed with their dry cleaning service and decent prices. Previously my doona was drycleaned elsewhere & came back with big brown stains on it. They tried 3 times but couldn't remove them. Lyn DC removed them first time and didn't even charge extra for stain removal service. The staff are very friendly too which was a bonus.

I went in to get a zip replaced on my jacket. The lady (sorry, didn't get her name) pulled out a pair of plyers and fixed it there and then for free. Rare to get this sort of helpful service these days. You saved me some $$ and I'll be back to get my shirts and jackets drycleaned. Thank you again.

Do not pay heed to the review below about a ruined “high quality Italian suit” - it is a mass produced $100 suit that is cheaply made (that is the problem) and not even Italian; I was so enraged by that review that I posted this one to balance the ledger back towards where it should be.

Consistently friendly and prompt service, good attention to detail, and reasonably priced. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended local dry cleaner!

I've had clothes altered here twice. Both jobs were very well done and quite cheap. But actually the reason I really love them is their customer service; they're genuinely very warm, personable & friendly people.
Going here is similar to the warm & fuzzy feeling you get when an elderly woman working in a sandwich shop calls you "sweetheart" while she takes your order. This is one seriously charming business. 5 stars.

So far (in 7 years) the only reliable dry clean service I’d count on around melbourne cbd. Excellent service, great attention to details and very reasonable price. I’m happy with my garments every time.

Excellent laundering and dry cleaner service.
Had to get a suit urgently cleaned and they were happy to accommodate and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Awful experience, Lyn Dry Cleaners managed to ruin my high quality woolen Italian suite jacket and shrink it by applying excessive heat during the dry clean process, the funniest thing about this place that they outsource the entire work to a dry cleaning shop in Altona. Attached images are showing how excessive was the actual heat (they even managed to melt the declaration sticker inside). Expensive dry cleaning experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay away!

Wow Lyn is something else, she’s been able to mend items that I didn’t even think were possible such as a hand sequined dress that had come apart in a few places. Her prices are reasonable and her turn over time is short. Lyn is a north melbourne gem and her work is impecable. Can’t recommend her dry cleaning and alteration services more.

I always leave Lyn Dry Cleaners with a smile on my face. The service is so warm and friendly, and my clothes are perfectly pressed when I pick them up. I’ve left delicates of all sorts with them and they have always been treated with care.

5 star service. My jacket was ruined before Lyn got to it. Worth paying the little extra if you care about your clothes.

Sweet little lady who greets you by your first name and knows your clothing even without the docket! She alters all my clothing and Ive never had any issues. Always done to how exactly I wanted it. Would recommend.

Lyn is wonderful. So caring and friendly. Trust her completely too do a wonderful job on my alterations. Got some t-shirts hemmed and denim overalls tapered and they now fit perfectly.

They open at 8am but on my last visit I was waiting until 815am and still no one had arrived. Generally good service but I didn’t appreciate having to take all my dry cleaning to work.
