Both times I’ve been here have been wonderful. The clinic is really bright, clean & beautiful. All the staff are lovely & create such a calm & inviting atmosphere. I’ve seen nurse Mai for my lip filler & nurse Isabella for my Botox & they were both super knowledgeable, gentle & great at what they do.

Jo is the absolute sweetest and was so nurturing and gentle from start to finish.
She made it an enjoyable experience and was so honest and upfront when explaining things and making suggestions. Very impressed and already want to come back for more x

I have seen Mai twice and she is honestly a god send, I'm so afraid of needles. Mai made the process so seamless, made me feel comfortable and never rushed me. The results were amazing, I highly recommend xx

TOTAL RIP OFF!
I had the wrinkle treatment on my forehead that only lasted not even a month and barely worked. I went back in cause the treatment obviously hadn’t worked and waited there for 3 hours to be treated.
My mother had Botox done and was told it would last at least 3 months and she paid $800! She had to go back twice cause there was no results and hers didn’t last either.
Honestly wouldn’t trust luxe lips with any type of treatments. I have discovered a new clinic who actually knows what they’re doing to get treatments done and costs a lot less than what luxe lips are asking for.
Honestly if you’re running a business you should at least have some sort of knowledge.

They make you feel very comfortable and supported. I’m super picky with my face and get really nervous with needles but they’ve never made me feel like a hassle and are so patient and kind. They also take their time and do a great job.

I had such an amazing experience at Luxe Lip Specialists! It was my first time ever getting anything done. I did 1ml of the Russian Lips and I am so happy with the results! The nurse that enhanced my lips was Marciar and she ensured I felt comfortable the entire time. As it was my first time, to not need to take any of the offered breaks during the procedure screams volumes to their professionalism. Will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience!

Hands down, Luxe Lips are THE BEST at what they do! If you're unsure/curious/hell bent about treatments - look no more! The staff are kind & welcoming - ready to help & explain. I was more curious than anything else; however their gentle & informative approach, made me decide then & there I was in great hands. This was my first time getting something done and I am just blown away at how amazing the staff is there. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable! Nurse Isabella is also fantastic. Explained everything really well and helped me feel more confident in myself. This place is just amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The best filler experience I’ve ever had! The customer service is outstanding from booking to the appointment to leave the door. Isabella is truly the best and really wants to understand and never rushed you! I’m so lucky I found her! All the ladies at luxe lips are just so lovely and accomodating. I always have an amazing experience when I come to the clinic, I usually go see Mai who is an absolute angel! She’s so easy to talk to and I trust her to always know what would suit me best. Super happy with all the outcomes so far!

I’ve been to a few of the different Luxe Lips locations and my experience has been consistent at each place. The nurses and rest of the staff are lovely and make sure to take the time to explain how they will ensure successful treatment.

This was my first time getting lip fillers. I was nervous and ready to leave without getting them done. Tracey was able to calm my nerves and answered my 1000 questions patiently. She made sure i was comfortable & happy to go ahead. So glad I found these guys on instagram, their work is amazing & their customer service is fantastic. Could not recommend then enough. I though this will be a one off, but definitely going back. ️️

I visited Luxe Lips today to get my lips done for the first time with nurse Ella. Ella is so incredibly lovely and was so gentle while doing the procedure, I was really nervous and I'm quite shy (especially after lockdown) and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely experience! I'm excited to see the final results once the swelling as gone down xx

I had nurse Kristabelle and she was so so so sweet and attentive throughout the appointment - she explained clearly what to expect and gave me a heads up of what she was doing at every step. This was my first time getting fillers and I was really nervous but the energy at the clinic was so warm and welcoming it was very easy to relax!

Also the fidget toys nurse Kristabelle offered to distract me during the appointment were perfect
