Luxe Care is an incredible home care service. Such warm, friendly staff helped me and my husband in so many ways, I cannot thank them enough. I required them for daily assistance with moving my husband in and out of bed, daily hygiene help and weekly house cleaning, and they did all of it with such care, respect and professionalism. I highly recommend their serivces.

My 93 year old father has been with Luxecare since he was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago. He is now having 24 hour care.
I have nothing but praise for the beautiful, kind, caring, knowledgeable and practical carers taking care of my dad.
They are part of the family.
There have been changes at Luxecare since we started and all for the better. There is always someone we can talk to via phone or a home visit.
Any services we have required have been organised promptly and have been appropriate.
100% would recommend Luxecare for your loved ones care.

Don’t use Lux care/Local Guardian. We had the most terrible and stressful experience! Lux care are quick to come out and promote their services and tell you everything you want to hear! Unfortunately once you sign up it is a totally different story. They don’t bother answering there phones. Eventually when they do it takes weeks for things to get organised and approved. In some circumstances months! It is ridiculous! No one seems to take accountability for their actions it’s a blame game! I found the quickest way to get a call back was to send an email and document everything. This way someone needs to be held accountable for their actions.
My Dad was ill and has since passed away. I ordered a bed for him as he was doing Palliative care at home. I was told by Lux care and reassured the bed was being delivered that same day. Alot of thought and effort went into ordering the bed. I end up calling the supplier Aida care only to be told Lux care had actually cancelled the order. At first I didn’t believe this was the case. I called and spoke to Lux care they re assured me this was certainly not the case. To cut a long story short this was actually the case. I ended up calling local Guardian directly to-get to the bottom of this. This was another disaster no one was taking my call. Eventually I spoke to a very rude man and confirmed the bed had indeed been cancelled by Local Guardian! I am discussed with the way this situation was all handled. Cabrini Palliative care had a bed the very next morning. Where is the compassion and loyalty to their patients and families? I am intrigued the reviews showing are mainly from 2 years+ ago. Where are all the most recent reviews? I am sharing my story so no other family needs to endure this heartache!

We have long since left but our experience was terrible. When we finally had someone call us back it was all very nice to start and there were promises of an amazing service. Unfortunately it was the opposite. Staff were hopeless, the manager didn't return calls and when they finally did we felt they were just making excuses but we persevered. Never again.

We had been suggested to use Luxecare but the numerous calls over a few weeks to speak to someone was futile. Nobody seemed to know anything and management did not call us back. A very poor experience. We went with another agency who sent us wonderful live in staff.

I have been with Luxe Care for some time now. I am 81, have lost the use of my right leg and have recurring heart problems so am in real need of what Luxe Care has to offer. The services I receive are excellent. The lady who does my shopping and house cleaning is dedicated, caring and 100% reliable. I'm so grateful for everything and can't recommend Luxe Care highly enough.

I am one of the many carers with Luxecare and have been with the company for about 5 years. I must say that in my 15 years experience in the field, Luxecare carers work together in teams to provide an excellent standard of care for our clients. We work together with care coordinators to find solutions to health and wellbeing issues that may crop up, occasionally, with the wonderful people that we support in their homes. We communicate using the latest technology to keep our managers and other team members up to date- whether that may be feedback about a meal that the person being cared for really enjoyed, their preferences, changes in abilities or condition. It is all about maintaining their independence as much as possible (especially during the covid crisis)
As carers, we have access to free on line training which helps ensure we are all up to date with all the latest information on health and safety.
I consider it a privilege to work with the clients I support.
I have worked with many veterans, community leaders and the Mums and Dads who have helped protect and grow Australia.

Luxe carers are excellent quality: sincerely caring and friendly; easy to communicate with; thorough in completion of tasks; excellent in sharing information between staff and supervisors. Highly recommended after months of 24/7 care and further months of daily 2hr shifts.

It was difficult for our family to consider having our grandmother, Jo, placed into the care of others as we have been looking after her for many years. We feel so fortunate to have met the Luxe Care team as they provide exceptional service - we even got to interview the staff. Luxe Care go above and beyond to ensure Jo is well looked after – in fact Jo's friends at times have been a little envious!

A huge thank you to all the staff. My mum has commented a number of times about how lovely, caring and professional the staff are. The range of services you provide are excellent and you have, and continue to help mum stay in her home with dignity. I have also found the staff lovely to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Your staff truly care about their clients. Not only do you help mum, you have given me such piece of mind, knowing that mum is getting such wonderful assistance and having more social interaction and structure built into her weeks. Thank you.

I am privileged and honoured to be working with this amazing company called Luxe Care. Through my whole working life and being associated with quite a few companies and various fields of work, I can honestly say this is far the best one ever. Luxe in my opinion has so much integrity, compassion, professionalism,
understanding, assistance in every way and so much more not only to their clients but towards their emloyees. All the staff are always ready to help not just in theory but in practical ways as well. I would like to especially acknowledge Margaret Zarkadas (the Care Coordinator) whom I am in contact with mainly. Margaret is very professional, caring, helpful, understanding, gentle, honest and also very down to earth.
Thank you Luxe and Margaret for all you do for the clients and all of us who are blessed to be working for you and with you. It makes our job very enjoyable and satisfying. If you are looking for a new change in your career, Luxe is definitely worth trying. (And just in case some of you out there may think I got paid extra to say all this, no I mean this all sincerely from my heart.) Pat Kennedy

I have been working at Luxe Care in the position of Admin Manager since February this year and loved it from my first day.
Suzanne and the team she has put together are incredibly caring, approachable and have the client’s and employee’s best interests at heart.
Every client is matched up with a Carer who has similar interests so they can enjoy their time together as much as possible whilst receiving fantastic care. How can it get better than that? Not to mention the 24 hour number who is answered by a Registered Nurse.
I can’t recommend Luxe Care enough for your loved ones needs. Always available for a chat so don’t hesitate if you’re looking for Private Home Care as I can assure you, from what I’ve seen no stone has been left unturned. I am excited to continue working with this amazing business!

Luxe care is a genuinely caring provider of home care. The positive and caring attitude of the care coordinators is so clearly encouraged by a business owner who has people managing her business that care about the clientele and Luxe care staff as much as she does. This is shown everyday, every phonecall, every interaction. Top down to bottom up, the caring is clear within this organisation.

From the quality level of staff they employ to the satisfied clients they service, Luxe care is a shining example of how home care should be provided.

They employ nurses as well as carers. So if you are a disillusioned or burnt out home care assistant or community nurse, look no further for a happy workplace where you will finally exhale.

Luxe don't just service private clients, they also service other funding sources. So if you are a client or family of a client and are (among other things) sick of having a different nurse every visit, feel rushed by the stressed-out-busy nurse and tired of not knowing what time the nurse is going to turn up, look no further for a provider of home care who will genuinely help you or your loved one.

Many of our patients have had wonderful experiences from the services provided from luxe care.
The husband of one of our patients was overwhelmed with the care, support kindness the staff at luxe care gave his wife during her final days at home before her death
He and all his family are still so grateful to luxe care!
