Lux Afghan Kebab

Food was great. But the winner has to be the bread. Freshly made and you can just have that by itself.

The place was hygienic. The staff was good. You can never go wrong with Afghan bread anyway. But the meat wasn’t fresh and flavourful. I would recommend to go in Sunshine or Dandenong to try authentic Afghan kebabs.

Taste is below standards these days. It used to be good but now is quite pathetic. Lamb kebab and shami kebab meat wasn't properly cooked and had some blood shown in the meat. No taste at all. Waste of money.
I will not go again

Great food with reasonable price. I had the mix grill, bread, briani and eggplants.
The food was so delicious, except the briani was not that good (lack of spices) but overall happy with the food and I will come back again

The food is very delicious. But they charge for the afghani bread cause its not included with the deal.
Also, if u ask for a grilled chilli with your bbq they will charge u for it, not a fan of them charging for everything, but the food is good and delicious.

Excellent Afghan food. Especially like the eggplant dish and a great place to share meals to try a variety. Very good value for money

Waste of money. Portion size of meat is too small compared to price. Pulao doesn't even have Afghani traditional taste, it's just boiled rice. Wouldn't recommend

And we love the food even tho it’s pricey
If you want to run a business run it the right way
Open 5 hours a day? And closed for lunch? Are you joking? You don’t need the money then let someone else do it

Lux isn’t mind blowing food. It’s simple and easy. I love their freshly made hot breads, I like their barbecue items. The spice level is restrained in all their items and boy I wish they could add some items with some level of kick. Like I said, it’s not mind blowing. Once every 3-4 months is doable, not more frequent

Lovely Persian food! Excellent grilled chicken and lamb skewers succulent and very tender. Delicious saffron rice, fabulous bread and hummus. The Shirazi salad has way too much onion so that was slightly disappointing. The young waitress was charming and very helpful. We tried the dumplings too very interesting.

I highly recommend to everyone about this place, it’s very delicious food and friendly service with beautiful smile you will never regret

Went there tonight with my daughter and friends for the first time, but definitely not the last! Food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. My 10yo commented it was the nicest food she'd eaten since she can remember! Highly recommended for all ages.

We ordered pulao kebab, pulao chicken, chalaw drumstick, hummus and afghani bread which are not in picture. Everything was perfect. We loved pulao chicken the most (which is boneless chicken) and apart from that they have the best hummus and afghani bread in town. Was craving for proper authentic hummus!

This place is amazing. The food was excellent and the spices was on point, 100/10. The customer service was terrific! Definitely recommend

Wonderful lesser known gem. Lovely service, gernous (and delicious) servings, and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Service was great, Food was OK, Chicken kebab was very good but Kabuli Palau was not good at all, it was just like the plain rice.

Grilled Food and Mantu was great, pilau rice was not fresh, and was overcooked. Service needs to improve, we got given our food, but no cutlery, no table water, no plates until we had to ask everytime for these things.

The taste of the food was good but the quantity of meat in the main platters was less. More rice and less meat otherwise ambience and service was good

I wont recommond at all to have food this place i didnt likr the quality of food and they are shifty too many many times i have found less quantity of food in my take away orders
