An amazing cooking class, some many amazing ways to cook duck! My fav’s smoked duck and feta mini tarts and the smoked duck Caesar salad! Compared to other cooking classes, these are an absolute bargain! And best of all we also received 10% off in their retail showroom, and I was able to stock up on there smoked duck breast!
