Luuq Food Cafe

Why are you on uber eats? Every time I order it gets cancelled and makes you look bad. Happened like 4 or 5 times now. I trying to give you my money you don't want to take it.

The food here is amazing, I took my kids to eat here, and they loved it, they say it's they're favourite restaurant

I found them on Menulog and they sent a cold canjeero/injera with cold meat pieces. I heated it up and then I found the taste to be amazing. I docked a point for that reason they didn't send hot food. But to be fair the for the price of 11$ the food was good. The canjeero is tasting just like the dosas we have in India. I would order from here maybe next time I am near the store and not through delivery.

Ordered on the Menulog and their injeera with meat option was great. I ate it next day for lunch after I reheated it and it was tasty. The food wasn't salty and the injera was perfect in it's sour taste.

I tried ordering from this place on Menulog but they cancelled the order on two different occasions. I just wanted samosas and injeera/canjeero as it was advertised on Menulog. Me being a foodie wanted to try Kenyan food and these were the items I have heard of and developed interest in. I am not sure why they cancelled the order twice without any reason. If the items were not available or no longer in menu, the place should inform any potential customers of this using the menulog platform, like how other restaurants does.

I tried placing order on menulog twice and it failed. I tried calling and it didn't connect. I have no clue how can one order for delivery from this place. The menu looks good but what can a customer do to get the food for Delivery when the restaurant states they do deliver.
