I work in retail myself and I find outside of work I can be quite introverted. Jamie and Alex instantly welcomed and were so sweet and warm. I said I was feeling a little socially awkward. They said if I needed anything all I needed was to ask. I went and found a cute body mist. While I was waiting in line kat reassured me that it wouldn’t take too long and we had a nice lil convo.

The absolute sweetest employees that helped me find shampoo and conditioner bars for my hair type for travel! Not only did they help me chose everything out, they gave me some amazing tips and tricks for storage and usage. Will 100% be back, thank you girls!

Great products. The make up remover is terrific and effective with waterproof mascara. I finish off my face cleansing with a foam cleanser or a warm damp towel to remove excess product.iI will go back to explore more Lush make-up removing products and let go of non-natural ones. Other great products are the hand cream, and the body cream. The hair products like the soap bar or Wasabi gel and conditioner are fantastic!

Updated to 4 stars since Lush listened to my review and introduced products specifically for my level of curliness and above. I'm so impressed by this initiative by Lush to take action and be more inclusive. Former 2 & 3 star reviews: I just wanted something to style my hair. On this particular occasion, I unfortunately got nowhere with the salesperson who just couldn't get a grasp of a solution for my hair as she didn't understand curly, frizzy, afro-like hair. Update: had much better service with other staff on subsequent visits (have updated stars), with one describing how his sister had similar hair and her hair care routine. Just a note though, don't put anything with SLS* into curls or dry hair, as it will just kill it, as I found with a recommended Lush hair pre-wash treatment. *Sodium Laurel Sulphate.

The Lush Highpoint store is a haven of good smells, ethical products and exceptional customer service!

Dropped in for a few extra gifts, and was expertly guided by a wonderful sales assistant by the name of Alex. She had detailed knowledge of every product on the shelves, and made the whole shopping process a delight.

This kind of customer service is becoming rarer by the day, and it should be highly valued by her employer and management.

Never really give reviews but just want to commend the staff on being extremely helpful, bubbly, patient and cheerful especially being 2 days out from Christmas. The place was hectic but each member took the time to help, not just me, but all customers in the store. Really helped taking the pressure off a dopey dad buying wife presents. Plus the products are amazing

Came in having a very basic idea what I wanted and not expecting much help with the Christmas shopping rush, but I still had a one on one experience with a girl working here and a very kind and genuine interaction with the cashier - was a very different experience from what I'm used to shopping and the absolute comfort and convenience I felt was unlike anything for a while. Amazing job to the staff and thank you to the company who really cares about its customers as well as the planet ️

I had been sent the wrong body mist from lush’s online store. The customer service team told me to go into the closest store to swap it over. I call high points store to see if they had my body must in stock. A lovely lady Jessie on the other end answered and helped me out. I ended up going in store the same day and Jessie and her co worker (I didn’t get her name) this was Saturday the 19th of November. I don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service from both ladies. Not only did she give me my body mist but she allowed me to take home a shower gel and bath bomb for having the wrong order sent and such inconvenience. I wasn’t fussed going in to swap it over it didn’t bother me but Jessie and her co worker were so amazing and made my day so much better with their bright bubbly personality’s and their endeavour to help out their customers and take care of them in the best possible way!

Received my first ever order from lush today. (Only just found out about the brand) Firstly I ordered eight items that would easily fit in a small/medium box but was sent a large box filled to the top with small white foam. It made a big mess when searching for my items. I’m disappointed I only received two samples one of which was a purple shampoo that is called daddy-o it doesn’t say on the packet that it’s a purple shampoo I was assuming it was a cream or scrub I opened it while sitting on my couch and it splashed on the hand rest? I don’t know why Lush would send their customers a purple shampoo as a sample not everyone is blonde also after having a look online your PS is a risky one. I was told that Lush are usually generous with samples and I was looking forward to trying the samples out & making another order as I’ve heard great things about your products.
As a company that strives to reduce waste I highly recommend rethinking your cardboard box size, foam and try not to send ppl purple shampoo if a kid was to open that up if would make a big mess also it stains.

Apart from that all the products are as described beautifully fragranced. Sleepy body lotion, smells amazing It is a very soft smelling but it has filled my lounge room with it soft sent it almost smells like Rosewater. Rose Jam body spray when you first spray it, it smells like air freshener but as it settles it is quite superb.

So i just went into this store and received the best customer service from Jessie! She was absolutely fantastic and gave my partner and I some great hair advice. She went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. Will absolutely be shopping here again soon. Great work Lush ️
