I contacted LUNO for installation of 2 ceiling fans and a replacement LED light. The response was prompt and knowledgeable and the quotation was clear and detailed.
The electrician (Anthony) was very professional and did a perfect job, clearly communicating any difficulties or additional works.
Very happy with the result, exactly as I had hoped.

Luno Electrical was great service. As a business in the middle of trading we had all our lights go out and Andrew came within 20 minutes to fix the issue temporarily, and back the next morning to complete the work when we weren’t trading.

Alex let us know in advance he was going to be 15 minutes later than the arranged time. Alex's work was 1st rate and he was professional, courteous and friendly and discussed any issues that arose before he proceeded with the work.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic, and I would use Luno Electrical again in the future with no hesitation. We needed some security lights installed at my elderly father-in-law's property in Hawthorn, and we were organising this from Sydney so were prepared for at least some logistical issues. Absolutely no problems, and Andrew was extremely flexible and accommodating.

We needed to reschedule our first appointment as the lights had not arrived in time, and this was organised very easily with a second appointment able to be booked in very timely. We also wanted to make a small adjustment to a setting on one of the lights after installation and Andrew was very kind organising this for us without needing my father-in-law to do anything again, which was greatly appreciated.

The fees as well were very reasonable, and our whole experience was so pleasant. Thank you Luno Electrical, wish we had an electrician like this in Sydney!

Andrew was able to install two brush plates on the wall behind my newly mounted TV. He was also able to explain what he was doing while getting the job done.

I had initially hired a third party to help mount a TV but was unable to hide the wires due to some complications. Andrew was able to assess the situation and resolve it without any issues at all.
