I was verbally assaulted by a staff member at Preston - my pregnant wife is in tears and your company has been the most disappointing experience of unprofessional unethical behaviour I have ever come across in my lifetime. We were both accused of being in the wrong and of the three staff members, not one offered assistance or support and we were consistently made to feel that we were totally in the wrong by all three staff members.

I highly suggest that the public do not visit this imaging centre.

Female receptionist was unbelievably rude.
Staff unprofessional and don’t have any compassion for people who are medically unwell.
Do not go here

Called ahead to make appointment and after 25 minutes on hold, was told it was a walk in service. Okay…. So no problem, until I walk in. Now I’m told they are too busy so I should come back another day. Really?

Original review (but was promptly addressed)

1) had an urgent ultrasound and my doctor told me to get to Healthcare imaging asap and she will fax the referral.
2) reception offered not much help in retrieving the fax or making any sort effort of help i progressing with what was required
3) my doctor pleaded with me to chat to reception staff but to no avail, not much help offered
4) if I do have a “time sensitive medical condition “, this has just made matters worse
5) please reception staff, be a bit compassionate when someone says it is an urgent request by the doctor and I know you are busy (totally understand) but every person counts! Try and access the impact of your actions

I found the staff of this Health care very unprofessional. I rang 4 times to book an appointment for my pregnancy check but the phone call receptionist she speak in very rude manner. So sorry and sad that you have a very polite less staff

Had an ultrasound here. The sonographer was professional and really empathetic about our situation. Would highly recommend coming here.

Professional and kind. I accompanied my father today for his scans and was greeted by a pleasant young man Marvin. Even though it was very busy he still treated my dad with respect and care.

I had here my 12 weeks scan, the female sonographer was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and she explain everything, she was super friendly and she gave me printed pictures of my baby.thank you so much!

This has to be one of the worst centres in the Northern Suburbs for bad reception staff. Won't take appointments on the phone when you call up 3 weeks in advance, tell you to call back the week the appointment is needed, guaranteeing that you won't miss out on an appointment, but then tell you there's no appointments for 2 weeks when you call a week BEFORE they asked you to. I asked the young woman several times on the initial call if she was certain I'd be okay for an appointment, which she reassured me of every time.
An absolute joke. No one requiring medical services should be put through this ridiculous kind of stress, particularly patients like pregnant women who have higher risks from the effects of stress.
The technicians are highly skilled and very good at what they do, but you can find that elsewhere without having to deal with the incompetent and dishonest staff at the reception.

I never leave a review however my experience was just terrible. My results were delayed as a result of the receptionist typing in my Medicare number incorrectly. My birth date was also wrong. My second appointment, the specialist wasnt even in. Expressing my concern, they blamed it on the doctor. No accountability. Extremely unprofessional. Very concerning when your health is at stake and they get minor details wrong again and AGAIN!
