Lulu's Bar & Burgers

While taking my mother elderly disabled mother for a drive to Yarra Glen Christmas eve we stopped to purchase something from one of the shops near by Lulu's. While my mother was waiting for me she sat under the tree facing the carpark on the bench seats near the pathway.when I came back I sat down too on the bench seat untill my mum could get up to be able to walk to the car. One of your rude staff members came out to tell us we couldn't sit there unless we were going to order something. We were Not at a table and there was actually not one customers in site it was literally a ghost town.
I have ordered food and drinks from your bar a few times now but definitely will never again.
I see your response from someone else having a similar experience, that says alot about how this place is run as you dont seem to care about future customers relations. Even though we weren't a paying customer of yours this time we will never be again.
I'm also interested to know if those bench box seats are even owned by you? Surely people don't order and eat there anyway as there are no tables ajoined. I can understand if it was flat out busy and you needed space but telling a disabled elderly lady to move on is over the top

Burger portion was huge and perfectly done! Quite a gem in Yarra Glen. The sweet potato fries portion was a little small for its price but otherwise okay. Thanks to the staff who allowed us to takeaway despite them having a private function that night, otherwise we would have difficult finding food in the area in the evening.

As a gluten free eater, I have to say this is one of the best burgers that I have had in a looong time! I was very indecisive as to what to eat and the staff were so kind with their advice. We added a lux coleslaw salad to the order and it was a perfect addition to the burger. Plus a gf cider to wash it down

Really great burgers. I recommend stopping by and giving them a try. Nice beer and wine selection to.

Miserable autumn day outside but inside we had great food, great customer service and great beer and wine list. Well worth the visit

Where do I even start! The food and customs service was the best I've ever had! Awesome, family friendly place to have an amazing meal and some drinks that the owen made himself. If I could give more then 5 stars I would with no hesitation! My partner and I will be back many times ️

The food was very tasty. We were greeted with friendly staff and great service. There was a fuse ball table which was awesome to play on and great songs. Really fun night.

Great burgers and amazing service! We popped into this cute spot after our morning at Healesville Sanctuary. We ordered the loaded fries, the Royale, and the Nashville Hot Chicken burger, all of which were amazing!

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.impromptu lunch visit today with hubby.while we had burgers in mind.the share platter was highly recommended and it certainly didn't disappoint! Onion rings, brisket, beef cheek, fried chicken, pickles, corn bread and a slaw I could eat all day! Every mouthful, flavour packed, a truly pleasurable experience. If you're out in Yarra Glen, swing by, you won't be disappointed, well certainly be back. I would've added a photo, but dove in straight away.

Wow - so pleased to finally find a burger place out east that actually creates high-quality burgers without the hype! No fake smoke flavours here - just respect for the grill and the smashed beef that does all the work. The sweet potato fries are perfectly sized to stay warm and crispy to the salty end too. My new fast food fix.

Went here for lunch and was greeted with friendly staff. Place looks really nice and I like the 90s hip hop vibe!

Food was great, we ordered the Korean fried chicken and the Royale. All were really good, even the kid’s cheeseburger! We really got our fill and enjoyed it here.

Excellent. Service super friendly, burgers so good! Juicy Pattie’s, soft burger bun, crispy bacon - all the things. Mac and Cheese croquettes are some of the best you will have.

The chicken tenders were phenomenal. My husband had the Lulu burger and said it was great. The meals came out quick and the service was fantastic. Really friendly staff.

Driving past looking at wedding venues and stumbled across Lulus. Warmly welcomed on arrival and topped off with amazingly delicious burgers. Will be dreaming about these burgers for a while. Deffs coming back. Well done lads

Great burgers! We had the Royale and one of the fried chicken burgers, both the beef and the chicken were cooked bang on by the kitchen.

The service was attentive and the tap beer was cold and crisp. Great place for burgers and beers.

On top of this, they have an interesting sides selection (the cornbread was very tasty), more than a dozen bottled beers, two dozen wines, and a wisky selection better than any burger joint I know of.

The cocktails don't look half bad either. I'm sure it won't be long before I'm back to try more the menu.

Great meals, only found this place after being turned away from the pub and another place due to it being very busy.

Meals in <15 mins, tasted great, simple menu and great service. Staff were awsome.
