Great range of men's and women's activewear. All sizes available but definitely more options if you're on the bigger size. Staff all welcoming and very helpful

Obviously lower tier products compared to their main stores. They don't have plain black options and have plenty of funky colour variants. Plus size stock is ample.

Overall I enjoyed plucking lemons from nearby trees than this store.

Understand it is an outlet there is limited sizes of 2,4 and 6. After having a look I found nice size 6 shorts at $59 and the same shorts in a size 14-20 then they were given an offer of $19. I personally didn’t think that was fair. Also all the bigger sizes of leggings were on special for $39 and the smaller were all $109.

The discounts are pretty good, mostly plus sizes, and the transportation is pretty convenient. In an alley, the map instructions are clear.

The items there aren’t really cheap.will reckon to check the prices on their official website before making purchases. Also, the sizes aren’t that much to choose from. But excellent quality in terms of their products.

This outlet is no longer the same as when I last visited 5-6 years ago. I came at 11ish am in the morning and it flooded with a few massive Asian buyers filling up 2-3 racks (Possibly reselling it for higher price) I didn’t see the signage “ sold” on their racks and received death stare from them. Honestly very rude of them. The lululemon male sale assistant witnessed it and he was very kindly to offer me the same product to have a feel of the material & browsing purpose.

Medium sized outlet. Most of the items weren’t that much cheaper than the original retail store. For men, only large sizes were extra discounted

Firstly on the clothing - Lululemon is reliably top quality. When it comes to work attire I am like a poster child; strutting exclusively Lululemon trousers, blazers, polos and shirts. Secondly on this store in particular - super friendly staff and a mix of current as well as clearance items. Perfect for picking up off-season goodies at a good bargain

Great selection, worth trekking out of the city to find this gem The staff are really nice. Me and my partner are both very common sizes so expected less options for us. Very good if you are looking for Lululemon if you are plus sized.

You should consider a more sustainable option (also they use the same factories as Nike for a lot of items.) namaste.

Limited sizes and colours, but such great clothes if you have the time to filter through, you can find some gems. Stafff are really lovely

It was a bad shopping experience. I would like to shopping in Lululemon as usual. But today when I was looking for size 6 or 8 jumper, there was None because one customer took all small size same other clothes. At counter, she hold more than 20 maybe 30 or 40 items. I guess she might buy and sell somewhere else. How about other customers in store who wanna try or buy? In the same time, there were other customers are also looking for available small size. Unfortunately, only from size 10 is available for them too. Because that lady took most popular stuffs size 4-8. It was unfair to others.
People who walk into store, they wanna have same rights to try or buy. I understand seller wanna sell as much as possible. Please also think about other customers. Lululemon is not open to big buyer only. Should Lululemon consider to have a kind of policy, like limit same item for one person.
I do understand that it was not wrong with staffs, they are always lovely and helpful.

I believe this bran is equally service to everyone and welcome customer who would like to have a look, try, even just one piece.

I know there is a Chinese woman in my social media, coming to store on daily basis and buy multiple bags of popular items and resell to someone else in order to make money. I told her this is not good enough and unfair for other customer. She told me your store staff is quite aware of it and encouraged her to buy more, which l am not sure if that’s true
Today I called your store 5 times to report this behaviour and no single call is answered.

Today was my first time trying on Lululemon products after hearing many good things about the company online and from friends. This is an outlet store so I wasn't expecting much in terms of range or service, but they definitely exceeded expectation. Brilliant customer service from both ladies and surprisingly good options for plus size! Loved that the tights were primilarly laid out according to size which made my shopping experience really easy and stress free. Further discounts were applied when I got to the counter, which was awesome. Assistant at counter clearly explained no return or exchange once purchased which I thought was very responsible and good to know. Note: They use US sizing here, so go up two sizes from what the tag says and you'll be good. Let's not forget the tights have pockets Game changer!

If you’re asian / petite (size 2 or 4), there won’t be much for you to look at but if you’re a size 8 and above, it’s heaven!

I spend a fortune here because I love the Lulu quality and designs. The pieces are always immaculate and last ages!

I was disappointed however, that after I purchased the exact same jumper my sister did for our mother for Mother’s Day I wasn’t able to exchange it for something else. I didn’t want a refund or credit note, just a simple switch so I didn’t have two of the same pieces. The website states it can be returned but apparently (according to the manager) the policy recently changed on sale items. It’s weird and a bit on the nose.

So now I’m left with this random jumper I can’t do anything with.

For such a large company, it’s a pretty poor policy.
