Just had a really great shopping experience here! Went in needing some advice about tights and not feeling overly confident about shopping for active wear in general. Lily was one of the loveliest and most helpful retail assistants I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Firstly she made me feel comfortable about my shape, secondly she knew the product really well and thirdly she was helpful not pushy. I ended up buying quite a number of items and will most definitely visit this store again. Well done Lululemon on not only using larger sized models in your advertising but following through by being respectful of us curvy ladies and our needs in store as well!
I don't normally post reviews nor go shopping down here, but I was thinking about it, and d'you know what, I had such a pleasant experience here. I went with my mum on Saturday 23rd May, and the two ladies working were just so patient, with me, and everyone else in light of covid19. They had a limited amount of people in the store which was awesome. They gave me heaps of options and advice and helped me make a final purchase. The customer service and experience was just superb.
Staff here were so rude and unfriendly.me and my partner walked in and were looked up and down and then continued to be ignored. Would not feel comfortable going back to this store
Awesome store and very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased 7/8 pants over the phone to support the local business and it was delivered the next morning free of postage charge.
