This is the worst shop experience in Lululemon. I ordered a 23 inch rulu online and the stitching is falling apart by only wearing once. I gone to the shop and try to exchange, but the guy works there trying to play dump on me by telling me this is not the quality issue at all. That is Ridiculous!

This is probably the best lululemon shop I have ever been, space is generous, staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recall her name, but one staff was really beyond expectation, my gf was thinking buying a white hooded define jacket, but they don’t have it in stock, however the staff was willing to let my gf to try her own brand new one. Best customer service

I was served by a lovely young man here today, he helped me with sizing and finding the perfect leggings for my body shape. A lovely girl helped me at the counter, setting up an account under my name. Thank you so much for the lovely experience in this shop, I will be returning.

I’ve previously experienced really nice customer service here. Great after sales experience too when a garment was faulty. Today the sales staff all seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping me. Their attitude was really standoffish and not at all welcoming or friendly. Highly unusual for Lululemon and pretty disappointing.

Super friendly & helpful staff. They always have in stock what I need. And, as a person who avoids large shopping centres, I love that the store is super close to the parking lot, so I can just dash in - get what I want - and dash out! Thanks for the positive vibes, guys.

The staff Elleni is super helpful. She helped me call other stores many times for different sizes, ended up no one answered at that time. She wrote down all the stores who have my sizes in detail. She is so nice, sweet, I will definitely go back to visit this store again. Also, you don’t feel they are pushing you for the whole time. Highly recommended this store for everyone!

I just had a fantastic experience with Mitch in your Highpoint store. The service was friendly, personal and Mitch made me feel like a valued customer. I had never been in the store before but will be shopping there again. Excellent customer service isn’t something you get much these days and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this store.

Superrr friendly and helpful service, especially from Stav! She was very welcoming as soon as I stepped in the store, and really took the time to recommend great products. The clothes themselves aren't the most budget-friendly, however the quality of the clothes really make the purchase well worth it:)

I came into highpoint store today and was served by an AMAZING lady in the legging part of the store, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she had short brown hair, was so helpful and nice and she literally made my day. I just want to thank her for her wonderful customer service.

Very $$ expensive bad after sales customer service. Very friendly b4 you buy but don't want to know after sales query. Very over priced. I bought better quality tights from Larna Jane paid much less.

From entrance to exit amazing service, beautiful store, great layout. Recommend this store for your fitness needs.
