Went in and was serve by Lillian. Friendly and helpful. Nice outlet. Got me two City Sweat Shorts.

They have a phone number but purposely avoid picking it up.

I called multiple times throughout the day and it automatically hangs up or goes to answer phone.

Decent size store with a good range of products. Not always crazy busy which is nice. Staff are always super lovely and warm! Always willing to go the extra mile for you and I've never had issues with returns here. Favourite Lululemon store in Melbourne.

This was my first time shopping at Lululemon and I came in in the morning on Boxing Day. I was pleasantly greeted by all the staff members and the staff were very informative in their answers to all my questions about the different styles and sizing. They were super patient and helped me throughly despite it being Boxing Day.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this Lulu again xx

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, changing room area was good not too crowded or warm.
Only thing is since they are a small store they do not stock sizes past size 12. You have to go to a bigger store/shop online which I find disappointing and not very inclusive.

I bought a bra last year just before the second lockdown. And unfortunately, the clasp became broken. It wasn’t until a friend suggested I try to get it swapped that I even tried. Today I successfully got my bra swapped. Great customer service and fantastic returns/exchange policy. When you pay for Lululemon you are also getting the assurance of quality one way or another. Thanks girls!

Have Multiple Sclerosis and in Motorised scooter but very mentally allert. Have never been treated so poorly when out Shopping.
Told by very young disinterested staff to have a look around when I asked for help re a certain garment. Remember I cannot walk and hence scooter. Left in disgust and as I was leaving 2-3 staff standing together chatting. I informed them this was the first visit and it would be the last. I'm sure management would have appreciated a good sale during these covid times. I would suggest if u would like some help go any where but " Lululemon"

Had the most stunning retail experience of my whole life! I had to exchange some tights I bought months ago because they seemed to be faulty. Staff were so lovely there were no questions asked and the exchange was so easy. A real great way to protect the brand, I’ll be coming back!

Manager Lauren was very rude and refused to do a simple refund on an overcharged item. Had the tags and receipt but she claimed she needed to see the worn T-shirt as we had bought it at a different location. Lulu-lemon around the world has never treated us like this before so I would recommend shopping at different locations.

Extremely helpful staff and such wonderful clothes. Always have an amazing experience at this store. They really focus on customer satisfaction:)

Love love love this store. Ordered a package a last week online & had some issues with confirmation email. Spoke a lovely girl at this store, she followed up on it & the package was delivered the next day. Awesome team & so thankful for their hard work during this difficult time! 10/10 ️️

Of all the Lululemon stores I've been to in Melbourne, this is my least favourite store.

Shame, cause I work close to Camberwell. This has been my go to store for years, but not anymore.

The customer service here is poor.
Bad attitude and rarely answers calls. They seem to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers.

Once, when I rang to ask if they had a particular style and size in store, I was told to buy online.
That, plus going into the store and being ignored by staff on at least 3 other separate occasions, all I can say is I will not be shopping at this branch of Lulu again.

Shopping here is such a great experience. Staff are so attentive and always make me feel special

What a lovely bunch of girls you all are down there at the Camberwell store. Special mention to Casey (who is an absolute superstar) Casey helped me do my Christmas shopping over the phone, as I wasn't feeling well. She not only helped me choose items, she also advised me on the best colour choices and styles. Thanks so much Casey. I tried to ring this store numerous times and it just rings for a bit and then goes straight to voicemail. After being hung up on 9 times I finally got through to ask for some help when all the assistant could do was tell me “no” Lucky I didn’t drive down to the store as 2 other stores told me they had the style I wanted in stock. I love lululemon but I am not impressed with this store at all.

The security tag was left on one of the 3 items that I purchased. Living out of town, this was an enormous inconvenience. Nothing offered as compensation. Shame, because i like the clothing and have been wearing for a number of years. Will not be going back.
