I was served by Elise and she was just delightful. Such a genuine, lovely person and was really helpful. Excellent service and she really went out of her way to assist me. Will be back for sure.

Georgia the manager at the Brighton Lululemon was exceptional. She was super friendly, helpful and made such a big effort to make sure I went home with the perfect sizes. Thank you Georgia - you’re awesome!

It’s pretty disappointing that a brand which claims to be size inclusive doesn’t stock any clothing above an L/US12 I’m certain stores.

It was explained that this is an issue with the size of the store but it’s a pretty large space. It’s not good enough to tell plus size people to go else where. Do better.

Quick and easy visit. Staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They helped me find the product I was looking for so I could get in and out.

1st time shopper as scepticism kept me away. Purchased a couple of shorts and training tops and OMG I have never been so comfortable sweating it out in the gym.

Can’t recommend this brand enough, if you are serious about your training, you should get serious about what you train in…Lululemon is the gear…and awesome service to cap it off!

The products are great. However nobody picks up the phone and issues getting XL sizes on mire than one occasion

The customer service of this store is just an exceptional. Especially Jess who helped me at the changing room today, she is a SUPER STAR! She is very attentive, friendly and dedicated to service every one of us in the rooms. Was nothing too much to ask & information given was very helpful. Whoever owns this joint, you are very lucky to have a staff like her. Looking forward to coming back and shopping again @Brighton store x

Every time I come I leave happy and laughing. Staff are super helpful, informative, friendly and funny. Just had to let someone know. Appreciate the customer service and the lols.

I realise people are excited to be out shopping again and so are the shop assistants to be working and meeting people also. But, there is a fine line between acknowledging a customer/ greeting them and intimidating them with an overwhelming inundation of questions. There was one girl that followed me around the shop in the 8mins I was browsing the shelves that had much to say and ask and made me feel like I was being watched. I was so unsettled by her approach, it was aggressive and rude. Not what I thought to be on brand for Lululemon.
I've worked in retail over the years for many years. Her approach was rude and aggressive. I was so put off from trying things on I had to walk out when she mimicked something I said like "just having a look thanks". I am shocked and won't be shopping here again. My partner went to come into the shop whilst I was in there and the same girl that had spoken to me a few times said hello and she was so in her face, my partner walked straight back out.

I walked into Lululemon church st, with friendly staff greeting me at the desk with a pleasant smile. The outlay of this particular store was neat, tidy and well set out. The mens training attire is comfy and stylish so thanks for under promising and over delivering on that one. Be sure to ask for Kat or Maria #Vetrens

Negative reviews about the customer service at the Brighton store are spot on. The two ladies working couldn’t care less about the customers, it was like customers wanting to buy was bothering them. If you want that great Lululemon experience try another shop.

Not a huge fan of the service in the store, the staff can just chat together sometimes and leave you - so a bit hit and miss. The product is excellent though so I highly recommend to research what you want and go in with no expectation of help and if you get it great!

I arrived at 5.20pm Saturday afternoon and tried on some shorts which I eventually bought. Tried on a polo shirt but needed the larger size and just wanted to check it (would have taken 30 secs) I was told the shop was now shut and they would keep it for me. I bought the shorts and left as I wanted the polo as a gift that night. I felt the attitude and customer service was sadly lacking. It could have been done very differently and I would have walked away with a very different attitude
