Had the worst customer service experience! So much trouble for returning full price items at his store. I have been using Lululemon since 2012, loved their products and designs. After this horrible experience, I must say their staff made me feel hate to it! What a shame!

I never write reviews, but this was the best customer service I’ve ever received in a clothes shop! Lots of staff available, and each one was so helpful. They helped me pick out leggings the right size and length, and provide amazing personal service when you’re fitting them. They also went to the effort of express posting me a style/length they didn’t have in store. Thank you!

The only friendly staff I experienced in this store is the male staff and one girl who teaches at Bikram yoga doncaster (sorry I forgot her name). I live in Doncaster, but most of time I like to visit Camberwell or Chadstone even though I need to drive a bit. Staff in Doncaster are not very friendly or helpful.

Staff were friendly for the most part but there was one girl who questioned my granddaughter’s sizing request after she had tried the size 6 on and just wanted to see if the 8 would fit better. My granddaughter was repeatedly told that it would be ‘too big’. It was unprofessional and humiliating for my granddaughter as she struggles with body dysmorphia and the way the worker approached the situation was quite insensitive. I would hope that in the future customers will receive the service they are entitled to have without any questioning or debate of any kind. I am not sure if I will be coming back.

I visited the Doncaster location today for the first time, I have heard of Lululemon but have never shopped there.

Today is the first time I have tried on active wear that is not only the most comfortable I have ever worn but the best fitting as well.
Their leggings fit snug but not to tight around the legs and gut so you could wear them all day without feeling uncomfortable! And the crop tops are super supportive without cutting in around the shoulders and under arms!

The price tag is a bit more expensive than most common brands but it is definitely worth it (so please don't let it scare you away from trying them).

The staff were all very helpful and friendly which made shopping there super fun. Would definitely recommend!

On top of the great range and quality of gear stocked here (men's too), the staff are fantastic. All keen to help and happy to have a social chat.

The staff at Lululemon Doncaster are incredible! Every store and every educator has up days and down days but this store is consistently warm and helpful.

I regularly shop at the Doncaster store and the Camberwell store. Night and day!

I blame the Doncaster store manager for creating a great culture. Area managers need to take note of the special thing happening at Doncaster, and promote/copy the store manager's culture to other stores. This is obviously what LL stands for - its core values embodied at this special store.

I am also ex Sydney and am comparing to 3 other LL locations up there.

Visited this store twice in the last fortnight, wonderful staff who were able to recommend items which have proved to be very comfortable fit and of a high quality.

I just came from shopping at Doncaster today. Even with the new Covid-19 rules of lining up and limited customers in the store, I just wanted to say I had such a great shopping experience. Ever staff member I interacted with was lovely and helpful and really seemed like they wanted to be there and help you with your purchases. I will totally be shopping at this location more in future! You Ladies rock!

If you have a child with you reconsider going to this shop and perhaps try camberwell instead where the service is MUCH better. I was ignored for ages while the assistants gossiped and then a litany of customers aged early 20s fresh from the gym were served ahead of me. I was eventually served only to have the store assistant leave half way through despite offering to check sizes.on the upside my 3 year old was very patient.

Each time I go into lululemon I receive little to no customer service. The staff are incredibly rude and dismissive and act like I am a burden walking to the counter to purchase. As a frequent gym and pilates goer, I spend thousands a year on active ware, but I would prefer to take my business to Lorna Jane. You've missed out on some great sales due to your poor customer service. Shame.
